Beautiful cabin
Beautiful clean cabin with great views! Short distance to everything. The only thing we didn’t like was the drive up the mountain, it was a little sketchy at night. Definitely recommend getting some guard rails on the road & lights. We had a group of 6 adults & really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed & the most beautiful views!

Christmas family getaway
A beautiful spacious clean cabin. Gorgeous mountain view from the extra large deck and living room area with lots of windows. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Large Tv/game room on the lower level , nice place to unwind at the end of the day.
We loved the outdoor fire pit from making smores .
Although we had directions given to us the GPS did direct us exactly to the property . Would definitely rent here again.

Great Memory
This property was amazing! Everything described in the description was accurate and for a very skittish driver I was able to drive to the cabin. The views are amazing! My family enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and the many activities provided. Bryson City was only a short drive away, for dining and the polar express. This vacational rental surpassed 5 stars. No one in my party wanted to leave the vacation site when it was time to go home. We are already trying to plan for another day soon. This rental is so worth it!

So so stay
The stay was so so, but working with the staff at Carolina Mountain Vacations was difficult. I spoke with a staff member (who called me a liar and said we never discussed it) ahead of time on 2 occasions asking for enough firewood to have a fire inside and outside for the entire stay. When we arrived we had no firewood at all. I called them and spoke with the manager and agreed they would have $120.00 worth of wood delivered that evening. They showed up with $180.00 worth of wood and charged me for it. I only accepted $120.00 worth and was refunded the correct amount. We also had an issue with the running out of water trying to top off the hot tub and wasn't able to use it. They sent maintenance out and we were told to conserve water. We couldn't use the hot tub for a couple of days while the well regenerated. The cabin could use a good cleaning too. There is a ton of dust and cobwebs on the walls. The windows are filthy inside and out.

NC Motercycle trip
Property had gorgeous views and clean. The ride up to the cabin was one mile off the main highway was a little challenging with the width and turain. Would recommend only to stay if you are a very experienced motorcyclist. The property manager was very helpful and let us park the trailer in Bryson at their place for our less experienced motorcyclist in the group. You only get 4 pieces of firewood ( one log) for the $30 charge. Thought that was expensive. Otherwise great clean comfortable, private cabin.

Can't beat the view
We stayed here for a couple of days at the end of our week long vacation in the mountains and it turned out to be the best part. Both the adults and the kids loved the stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, well maintained and had so many thoughtful touches, like night lights near the staircases, a convenient walking ramp to the rear entrance, etc. But the best part for everyone was the gorgeous view of the mountains. Highly recommended!

Truly a Peaceful Paradise!
The cabin and location is so beautiful! We ended up staying an extra day. The check in was difficult because there wasn't any wifi/ internet service available unless you have AT&T. There wasn't a land line either, so if there was an emergencies that was a concern for us. The owner needs to update their listing with Carolina Mountain Vacations. We also had to request firewood even though they advertise that they included a charge to provide firewood, lighter and start kit for the fire pit. They ended up delivering the wood on the same day...all good. We will definitely be back! 😀
