'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The whole property is yours to enjoy. The open plan studio is fresh, warm and inviting, furnished with many hand crafted Tasmanian made pieces.
It features a Tasmanian oak king size bed, and a large leather couch, both enjoy views over the lagoon. The deck has a dining table, comfy chairs and a sun lounge, perfect to enjoy a drink as you watch the sun go down. There is a full size kitchen with a range of BBQ facilities for cooking up special dinners.

Grants Lagoon is a beautiful peaceful waterway, wonderful for swimming, paddling, fishing and watching the numerous bird species that call it home. The Edge is one of only half a dozen homes lucky enough to have the lagoon only 20 paces from its front door and is away from the road and the more built up area of Binalong Bay. There is a pretty walking trail along the lagoon for a relaxing stroll to the Beach and town. The village is mostly made up of holiday homes, the two main businesses are the Bay of fires Eco boat tours (highly recommended) and the new Meresta cafe restaurant- serving excellent coffee and a changing menu of beautiful local produce and their own wood fired pizzas and breads.
