Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire home. This includes the high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, and the fully equipped kitchen.



The backyard is your private oasis, featuring a gas grill and a large pergola for shaded relaxation. You will also have full access to the finished, climate-controlled garage featuring the movie theater, pool table, and basketball shooter game.

It’s a quiet community that offers both outdoor adventures for explorers and total isolation for those who just want to stay in and relax.



Getting Around:

In addition to being so close to the beaches, downtown Orlando, historic Winter Park, Sea Word, Disney, Universal Studios, UCF, etc. the house is 1 mile away from the 417 highway, Publix and Super Walmart.



Other Things to Note:

If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.



If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).



Interaction with Guests:

I offer a seamless self-check-in via smart lock. While we give you total privacy, I am always available via the app to provide local advice, directions, or any extra essentials you may need to make your stay unforgettable.
