DOCKSIDE DAYDREAMS is a tastefully decorated villa located in the Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina with two large community pools with plenty of chaises. There are boat slips available on-site for rent if you want to bring your boat.

THE LIVING AREA...

This modern home has just undergone a complete renovation to a very high standard. No expense was spared to make DOCKSIDE DAYDREAMS the best vacation home possible. The huge Smart TV in the living room is perfect for those evenings when you just need a break from all that Key West has to offer. The sofa converts to a queen bed for extra guests, and there’s a full bathroom on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and all of the tools the chef in your group will need to prepare a meal. The kitchen bar will seat four when you decide to stay in, and an outdoor dining set on front porch is perfect for a balmy tropical dinner.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Second Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor Two Twin beds OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the first-floor bathroom.

THE COMMUNITY POOL & GROUNDS...

Coconut Mallory is a waterfront private community that provides resort-style amenities, including two large pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables and much more. Hop in one of the two on-site pools to cool down after soaking up the sun at Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
