Beautiful home located on the North Golf course

3 Bedroom 2 Bath 1,300 sqft home on quiet street that backs to North Golf Course. Serene covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets, while watching the birds and bunnies play on the golf course. Unbeatable location 10 minutes from the Cardinals State Farm Stadium, close to Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, Tanger Outlet stores and many world class restaurants. Within walking distance to golf course, recreation centers and library.
This lovely home has a large living space with a nice dining area that over looks the golf course. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet and master bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom is set up with a trundle bed. There is T.V. in the entertainment room as well as the master bedroom that is set up with Cox cable and internet. There is also a washer and drier included.
For $75 per person per month you have unlimited use of 7 recreation centers with pools, fitness centers, arts and crafts, tennis, lawn bowling, pickle ball and more. There are 8 golf courses and 2 bowling centers.
Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Jerome, and many wineries are all within a couple hours drive
This is a 55+ retirement community one occupant must be 55 or older.

Comfortable home

We really enjoyed the area from the closeness to Sun City rec centers, hiking and all things Phoenix to sitting on the back covered patio watching incredible sunsets. Lots of animals to watch up close. The orange tree was a plus! The amenities in the house were perfect for us. We liked that there were some condiments and spices to start out. Cindy was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Ever!!!

My family stayed over Christmas while visiting my mother. We couldn’t have been more pleased. I’ve never seen a better appointed VRBO!!! In an effort to round the review out, I thought I would get my daughter (20yrs old), son (17yrs old) and wife to comment: Daughter: The water pressure was spectacular and it was just so cozy! The guest queen sleeps wonderfully!!! :) Son: it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I have zero complaints, the water heater was incredible, the linens and bedding was all incredibly comfortable. Overall 10/10 experience and would do again in a heartbeat. Dearest Wife: The kitchen was very well appointed. It’s rare that you can go to someone else’s house and cook Christmas dinner, and they have everything you need. Back to Dad: so as you can see everyone was happy. I was impressed by the quality of furnishings and the complete stock of towels, small cozy blankets in the Living room, nice couch and lazy-boy, quality beds, etc… The location was awesome and back yard on the golf course was entertaining in the mornings as the golfers, rabbits, and quail parades by. I would give this location six stars if possible. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Second Visit

This was our second time staying at this property. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mornings were spent having coffee on the patio, watching golfers pass by. Evenings were relaxing and peaceful. Cindy was in regular contact making sure our needs were met. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Very Nice House

The house was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. As an avid golfer, being on the fourth fairway of the Sun City North course was a definite bonus. The owners were very helpful prior to my arrival, and the overall stay was enjoyable.

Great location and lots of room

The house was more than we needed, but a very comfortable property. Really enjoyed watching the golfers go by all day long, when we weren't on the course ourselves. Fragrant foliage and very fun sitting out and watching the animals scurry around. The property is aged but very well maintained for it's age. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful, not always easy to find in rentals. All and all great time visiting relatives and friends and enjoying the courses. Would recommend this VRBO.

Arizona stay

Loved the location, watching birds, coyote & rabbits on the back patio was a highlight. Also saw beautiful Arizona sunsets from patio or at the dining room table. Cindy was always very prompt if we had questions. Would defiantly stay again.

Very well kept and equipped home right on the course. The owner was wonderful to work with!

Start to finish our experience was great. The house was very clean and had everything you could need for an extended stay. Very quiet area and a nice neighborhood. Access to many local dining places and activities are very close. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next stay. Excellent communication for a last minute booking

My grandmother passed away and we booked very last minute. Also had several moving parts. Owners were very accommodating and gracious and extremely responsive. Made lodging comfortable and took that stressor off of our list. Definitely recommend them as Vrbo owners.

Great Place to Stay in Sun City

We really enjoyed our 10 days at this location. We didn't want to leave. The house is older being in Sun City Phase 1, but is very clean, well maintained and updated. We really liked the location, close to everything thing we wanted. We took full advantage of sitting on the patio to have our coffee every morning and watch the golfers (very entertaining). The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the house works well. Instructions to use the TV were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed seeing coyotes, rabbits and partridges in the yard. Overall we were very happy with the selection of this house and would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive to our questions. The neighbors are very friendly too.

Great basecamp for Az adventures

Comfortable golf course home on South Course in Sun City with fairway and partial green view. We enjoyed the secluded feeling patio, the quail and rabbit activity, and the sunsets. We felt right at home when we first walked in the front door. The accommodations were great with everything needed for an extended stay along with a nice good size TV We hope to come back

Great location and relaxing!

This home is all about the outside (for us). Being 'birders', the patio facing the golf course was a perfect spot for counting kinds of birds (20 in two weeks) and being entertained by rabbits and golfers! While the inside of the house needs some updating, everything worked and was clean and well-supplied. We were convenient to everything and only ventured onto a freeway one time. Sun City is a fabulous place!
