This renovated four-bedroom holiday home, set on five acres in wine country, sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy stunning views of Western Port Bay, a solar-heated pool, and outdoor games like badminton, volleyball, and basketball. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

With two living areas featuring TVs, a reverse cycle air conditioner, and a Morso wood heater, there's plenty of space to relax. Outdoor amenities include a pizza oven, BBQ, and ample lawn for games. Perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The house sleeps 10 guests and a maximum of 8 Adults at any time.

Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Pets Considered - well-behaved, quiet pets - subject to the Owner's Approval - additional pet levy applies.
We appreciate that pets are part of the family and welcome your furry friends - an additional pet levy applies -but ask that they are fully house-trained and past the 'puppy' chewing stage. The property is not fully fenced, and the neighbours have alpacas.

This property is ideal for a family wanting some space. It's only a five-minute drive to the beautiful Point Leo Beach. Close to central Red Hill, you can enjoy a meal at The Epicurean, Many Little, and Red Gum bbq. Why not visit Arthurs Seat Eagle, get lost at the Enchanted Adventure Garden or visit Montalto and wander along the Sculpture Trail? Whatever you decide to do, this is an excellent spot for a getaway.
