Ocean View House - Solar Heated Pool and Pet Friendly

This renovated four-bedroom holiday home, set on five acres in wine country, sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy stunning views of Western Port Bay, a solar-heated pool, and outdoor games like badminton, volleyball, and basketball. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

With two living areas featuring TVs, a reverse cycle air conditioner, and a Morso wood heater, there's plenty of space to relax. Outdoor amenities include a pizza oven, BBQ, and ample lawn for games. Perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The house sleeps 10 guests and a maximum of 8 Adults at any time.

Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Room 1 - Master King Bed with ensuite, incl. shower, bath, toilet, Walk-in robe, and partial ocean and pool garden view.
Room 2 - Queen Bed with a pool garden view.
Room 3 - Queen Bed with a pool garden view.
Room 4 - Two single bunks (top bunk allows for a child-bearing weight only) with a pool garden view.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite Bath, Shower.
Bathroom 2: Family Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Pets Considered - well-behaved, quiet pets - subject to the Owner's Approval - additional pet levy applies.
We appreciate that pets are part of the family and welcome your furry friends - an additional pet levy applies -but ask that they are fully house-trained and past the 'puppy' chewing stage. The property is not fully fenced, and the neighbours have alpacas.

This property is ideal for a family wanting some space. It's only a five-minute drive to the beautiful Point Leo Beach. Close to central Red Hill, you can enjoy a meal at The Epicurean, Many Little, and Red Gum bbq. Why not visit Arthurs Seat Eagle, get lost at the Enchanted Adventure Garden or visit Montalto and wander along the Sculpture Trail? Whatever you decide to do, this is an excellent spot for a getaway.

Parties or functions/gatherings are not permitted at this property. This includes wedding and school groups.

Fabulous

Great location with plenty to keep children occupied, as well as adults with fire pit and pizza oven. Many places to explore for all ages. Loved the fact lots wineries and restaurants to suit everyone nearby House itself was perfect for us with areas to escape to if wanted. One negative is the house that size could really benefit from another bathroon and toilet, especially if the house was at capacity.

Amazing house and location.

Property is fantastic and even better than the pictures show. The house setup was perfect for our group of 2 families and grandparents. The location is close to everything. Will rent again!

The perfect family holiday house near the beach

This was the perfect family holiday house and location. We normally head up to Queensland every January, but with all the border restriction uncertainties we decided to stay in Victoria and were so happy we chose this property. We are a family of 6 and this house was perfect inside and out. All the older kids had a room to themselves and the younger ones enjoyed sharing the bunk beds, and the parents room was perfect with an ensuite and adjoining sitting/tv room. The property was enormous, perfectly sized and very clean, and everyone enjoyed the grass area and exploring the 5 acres. The fireplace and chairs made for a great spot to stop and talk without tv or devices. And, the heated pool was just perfect. It got used from first thing after breakfast to a dip most nights after BBQ dinners. The property is on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. We enjoyed the walk (~4km return) in to Red Hill village most mornings, and Shoreham Beach was only a 7min drive away. As a family we have used Stayz for many many years and stayed at so many beautiful properties, but this one is by far the best we have every stayed at. Cannot recommend it more highly. Thank you.

Open spaces

My friends and I loved our stay at this property. Lovely, open space. Great fire pit. Comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed hitting the bandminton around. Pool was heated however weather was a bit cool so we didn't use it as much as we'd hoped. Would definitely book again.

A place the makes it hard to leave

Great property, space was so welcoming, and there are so many things to do at the house. The block is enormous, and comes with fire pit, wood fire pizza oven, basketball hoop, amazing pool. Great destination for a group, and the three little kids with us loved every minute

Relaxation Mode

We absolutely loved our stay. They house was warm with the fireplace and the heating, and the two living rooms were perfect when wanting to chill out and in two different spaces. The dogs loved the expansive property and the opportunity to explore, and we loved being able to get out of town, enjoy an ocean view, walk every day, and make the most of the location. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful

We were so delighted with this amazing property. The land is nice and flat, lots of grass areas for the kids to run around. Two separate living zones were great. Only slight comment was that the rugs and throws are very dusty. We had some dust driven asthma issues. But I would still book here again. I’d just bring an air purifier with me
