GREAT room with wood burning fireplace and 2-story stone surround, 5' TV, lots of books and games. The dining area has a 12' table with seating for 12, 6 bar stools around the kitchen island, and seating for an additional 8 people at a second table in the great room. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area and master bedroom.

The spacious primary suite is on the main level, fireplace, TV, stunning views of the mountains, and walk-in closet with a second washer/dryer. The primary bath has a shower, jacuzzi tub, and separate vanities. The bathroom floor is heated. There is a new outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees. Two more bedrooms each with bathrooms ensuite are furnished with queen beds and great linens. A powder room completes this floor.
Upstairs is a TV room with a sectional, queen wall-bed and Smart TV. The 5th bedroom or the children's bunk room has twin bunk beds and full bunk beds. The fourth bathroom is upstairs servicing these bedrooms.

There is a new, outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees.
The house has baby items, a high chair, car seat, a playpen, a booster seat, and lots of toys and books, etc.
There are ample security lights on motion detectors for your safety and great ambient lighting in the evenings.

For the convenience of those who need to bring their work with them, there is a printer and two monitors with Apple connectors.

We welcome dogs on approval, we just need to know in advance for everyone's safety.

In the summer, enjoy the sheltered, large patio with a seating area and a dining table surrounded by lush grounds and a natural rock waterfall cascading down the hill. A huge adjustable umbrella provides shade for either area. The is a huge Webber Summit BBQ for large groups or a smaller tabletop Webber. Ideal summer/winter home. The 8-person spa is just outside the master bedroom, softly lit at night.
There is full use of the Elkhorn golf course, pools, tennis courts and pickle ball and the Harker Center's pools and tennis courts. Bike path outside your door and steps to the bus that takes you to ski areas, Sun Valley resort, Ketchum, etc. Enjoy world-renowned fishing, hunting, and horseback riding.
