Lovely spacious home with 12 foot ceilings and open floor plan, near Wake Forest and easy access to Interstate 40 and 421. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, attached garage, private courtyard patio. Lots of comfortable seating in front of high definition flat screen cable TV's (3). High speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and everything you could possibly need in the open renovated kitchen. Restaurants and shopping close by. Also many recreational activities nearby. Make my home your home for a week or long weekend! Extra charge for more than 4 people: $25 per person per night. Check in after 2pm. Check out by Noon. For early or late check in/out, call for approval. NO smoking in house. NO pets. Security deposit of one night rent, promptly refunded with no damage. Huge master with queen bed, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with king bed (can be converted to 2 singles upon request). Fourth bedroom is upstairs with double bed. Please use ONLY when more than 6 guests (separate heat/air control upstairs). Dining room and office. FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM unless owner makes exception.

Wake Forest graduation weekend

We enjoyed our stay - the house was all ready for us and is conveniently located within a few miles of Wake Forest. We were there for our daughters graduation and the house had plenty of room for our family to stay comfortably. We would rent again!

Sweet stay on parent's weekend!

The outside of this home and the location is so much prettier in person! The neighborhood is quaint, pretty, quiet. I went for a lovely walk one day... We were there over parent's weekend and our Demon Deac daughter stayed with us - and loved staying in a home! The owner was responsive and so kind. She left us wine, coffee, and waters, and readily suggested we use her folding tables and coolers for a tailgate! Felt very lucky!

Lovely and Comfortable Home - close to everything!

We felt right at home in this large, tastefully decorated home during a five day visit to Winston-Salem. There were only two of us staying there – I wish there had been more as the house has a great layout, and is furnished in a way that would allow a family/group to have plenty of room to both spread out and come together. Although the inside of the house was lovely, my favorite space was the charming courtyard out back – it felt a bit like a fairy garden. The house is just a short drive from downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and lushly landscaped – perfect for taking walks. Communications with the owner were easy and clear. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the W-S area.

Perfect place to stay for Wake Forest U graduation!

What a perfect place to stay while in town to celebrate our daughter’s Wake Forest graduation. Where do I begin? The location is perfect—a short drive from both Wake Forest and downtown Winston-Salem, convenient to grocery stores, drugstores, and yet in a quiet neighborhood that was a respite from the frenetic pace of graduation weekend. The house was lovely and spacious—high ceilings, open floor plan with a large well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a HUGE master bedroom and bathroom, three other nice sized bedrooms, including one upstairs. It was a perfect place for our family to gather as they came in from different parts of the country for a special—and rare—weekend together. A bonus was the beautifully landscaped patio with a wrought iron table and chairs— perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee! The owner could not have been more gracious and accommodating and responsive. I only wish we had discovered this house earlier in my daughter’s time at Wake Forest!

Family Gathering

The property and location were excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host communicated throughout the process to make this the perfect weekend. The home is spacious with plenty of room and a great amenities. Top shelf across the board!
