Located on the 3rd floor of Villa 11 at the Bluewater Resort this end unit offers a beautiful views of the ocean. across the street and of the pool and hot tub directly below.

The elevator is located just a few steps from the front door and the parking garage.

As you go into the entryway of the condo, you will see a bedroom.
with a flat screen tv that can be totally private from the rest of the unit.

The fully equiped kitchen has everything you will need from dishes to microwave...cookware...toaster...coffeemaker with full refrigerator and dishwasher....all you need is the food.

WiFi available in the room and common areas of the resort.

The livingroom has a queen sized sofa sleeper with new mattress....and another flat screen tv.

While staying in this unit you can enjoy all the amenities of the Blue Water Resort:


**** 4 Full size pools along with kiddie pools, hot tubs and a lazy river pool ( All pools and hot tubs may not be open between September-Labor Day and May-Memorial Day).

****Heated indoor pool open year round.

****Onsight restaurant as well as other restaurants within walking distance .

****Relax ar the 'Flip Flop' bar with a cool drink while watching the live entertainment or just gazing at the ocean.


****Laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of the Villa as well as one in the main building.

Family vacation

This property is beautiful & bright and right across from the beach. The location is fantastic. It’s a nice sized condo with everything you need. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacation!!!

This unit was just enough space for 2 adult and 2 children.. it was clean. The view of the ocean was perfect! The kids loved all the pools. We had a really good stay and the location was soo close to everything that we wanted to do!! I can’t wait till next year and we go back!!

Convenient beach access

This was a great place to stay. Skip, the owner answered my questions prior to our stay. He even met us at the property upon arrival and showed us around. The property is conveniently across from public beach access. It is midway between Murrell's Inlet and Broadway at the beach. We went to both places during our stay. I would definitely return to this property!

Gray getaway in the middle of Myrtle Beach

First the location, virtually center of Myrtle Beach. Everything is 10 mins away, max. Very clean. No worries there. Great accommodations at the property. Walk across the main strip, Ocean Avenue, and you’re at the beach.

Perfect family getaway

Our second time staying in this unit, and we were just as pleased as before. Skip answers questions in a timely matter, and contacts you the day of your arrival. Easy check in/out process. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs/toys. The balcony has a great ocean view, with chairs to relax. We will definitely be returning again!

Blue Water Resort

Skip was an awesome host! Very fast on all communication throughout the process. The place was nice with many extras. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Even had beach chairs/umbrella which was a nice touch. Hard to find a better place especially for price and location. It’s a perfect centrally located unit. Close to all attractions. Airport is 5 minutes away. Beach, which you can see from the balcony is right across the road. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks again!

Family vacation

Weve been coming to myrtle beach for a couple years, and this year we didnt want to be right on the beach so we found this cute little place looking at the pictures it looked great! When we got in we started noticing how unclean it was ,we found food stuck on the wall, spider webs and dead spiders all over the windowsills , we noticed in the closest they looked like they havent been cleaned in months so we left all of our clothes in our suitcases, we noriced behind the doors ( bathroom, and bedroom) there was a bit of sand behind them. We ended up cutting our trip ahort to end up home due to how disgusting everthing was, and i was looking in bedroom to make sure we had everything and i ended up finding a huys paid of boxers pushed up the wall under bed . I own a cleaning business in new york and if any of my employees left a place like that i would be so disappointed . The communication wasnt the greatest. We called skip 4 times and no answer due to us getting lost so we called his wife and she hung up on us. And when i told skip we decided to leave early due to reasons above and that i have pictures , the response i recieved was ( im sorry , and have a safe trip home ) . This ruined our normal trip to myrtle beach.

Great location with ocean view in Myrtle

Great location, with amazing ocean views and right across the street from the beach!! Ample amenities both in the condo and for the beach, including several swimming pools and areas to lounge. The beds were comfortable and host left a wide assortment of pillows to choose from. The living room was super cozy, with a recliner that I really enjoyed! The host was very responsive to any and all questions. With such an amazing place to stay, we totally focused on fun and relaxation!!!!

Family vacation

This property is absolutely amazing. Its the perfect location. Beach is directly across the street, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. A Walmart is only a few blocks away. And the condo its self is well maintained. Smells fresh as you enter in the door. Kitchen has everything you need in it. And its so neatly placed in the kitchen. Standing on the balcony you have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. This place is perfect in every way.

1st time renter

What an amazing experience! I was terrified of what I might walk into at this rental, but it was perfect! The location, view, cleanliness, the way the kitchen was stocked with utensils/gadgets. Skip and Chris really thought of everything. Beach chairs/umbrellas even Uno cards and board games! Skip responded in a very timely manner to any email I had. We will definitely use again.

Uncomfortable and dirty.

One bed had no mattress, just springs (not box springs, just open springs). One night on such an uncomfortable bed was simply unacceptable for senior citizens. The chairs on the balcony were very dirty and unusable. Not a place that I would recommend.

Really. I am sorry the bed mattress was not to you liking but there was a mattress there , outdoor chairs are always cleaned but with the weather we cannot guarantee they stay that way
