OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES: The Chi Chi house boasts a saltwater pool, shaded patio, sunbathing area, alfresco dining, gas BBQ, lush gardens, yard and 20 ft ficus hedge privacy buffer. Two of the bedrooms and living areas open out to this patio via sliding glass doors. Savor a desert sunrise with vibrant hues of fuschia and gold. Lounge beside the pool with your favorite book or mobile device. Mountain views are a highlight of this property. You will understand why Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. loved relaxing here for Sunday poolside BBQs. Desert sunsets are magical and the nighttime lighting creates a romantic atmosphere.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES The exterior is exemplary, mid-mod Palm Springs architecture. The well-designed interior fosters togetherness in the open design, and also supports more intimate groupings in the varied living spaces. Rare memorabilia from the Chi Chi Supper Club adorn the interior walls. The art deco style living room embodies a Tahitian style, featuring retro Polynesian art and sculpture. The living area of this home includes a sunken conversation area with a flagstone and slate fireplace. Jazz enthusiasts will be delighted by the original Chi Chi Lounge piano, which sits just to the left of the fireplace. You can almost hear Peggy Lee or Ella Fitzgerald belting out a tune while Buddy Greco tickles the ivories on the upright piano. SLEEPING QUARTERS Chi Chi House offers three spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There are two primary suites with King Beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds (which can be pushed together and outfitted to make a King.) The primary suite opens out to the pool area and the spacious bathroom boasts a huge/double vanity with double sinks, make-up counter with chair, and a vintage tiled step-down tub highlighted by an original cut-glass window from the famous Sardi's Nightclub. The second king suite also has a large vanity and mirrors awash in lots of natural light-perfect for getting glamorous! The twin suite, which opens out to the pool, has 2 twin beds and a full bath with period pastel tile. Each bedroom also has flatscreen TVs.

THE LOCATION Deepwell Estates is a glitzy and classic Palm Springs neighborhood that has been home to Hollywood elites such as Tippi Hedren and Jerry Lee Lewis. This neighborhood is located walking distance from the hottest night spots, like the Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, the Saguaro and The Ace Hotel. The area includes a number of hip boutique hotels popular for their retro vibe and splashes of bold color. Stroll to dynamite dining, galleries & boutiques.
