Spacious and contemporary, this luxurious south facing end terraced villa is perfect for couples and families seeking a relaxing self-catering break. The property sleeps six comfortably, is centrally located in a quiet residential enclave and only a five minute stroll to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants of Luz. Finished to an impeccable standard and completely refurbished in 2025, the villa comprises a large open plan lounge with 55 inch OLED TV, dining area and spacious fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, induction hob, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There are 3 double bedrooms (master en-suite), all with patio doors to private sun terrace, garden and outdoor dining area. Both the lounge and master bedroom open onto splendid views of the Atlantic Ocean and to the west of the resort lies some of the finest unspoiled coastline of the Algarve. Guests also enjoy full access to the 3 swimming pools tennis courts and gym at the nearby Luz Bay Hotel, which is located near the beach.


Water Related Activities: There is an abundance of water related sports and activities available locally including surfing (the breakers on the Algarve's silver coast attract serious surfers to the most unspoiled and beautifully secluded beaches imaginable), jet skiing, banana boat rides, water skiing etc. Boat trips to the nearby grottoes and sea caves are popular as are big game fishing trips from Florida-style game fishing boats, all bookable locally. For children & families the popular water parks of Slide & Splash and The Big One are a short drive from the resort.

At Lagos marina boat trips for dolphin watching are also avaiable every day during peak season.

Horse Riding: Luz is situated on the edge of the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve, one of the region's largest nature parks and making the effort to travel a short distance away from the coast will reward you with the splendour of some of Portugal's most beautiful countryside. Exploring this area on horseback is an excellent & relaxing way of taking in the local scenery and there are several stables in the vicinity catering from beginners to experienced riders.

The Food & The People: The village of Luz boasts a number of fine restaurants & bars catering for an eclectic range of tastes and palates, offering everything from freshly grilled local fish to barbequed steaks, piri-piri chicken and even ostrich, if it takes your fancy! Lovely Villa in Great Location

The Villa was very homely and very clean. Amazing views of the Atlantic and ideal for myself and my husband for a few days relaxation. Ken was very helpful before, during and after our stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you once again for letting us stay at your lovely villa.

Lovely villa, great location, has been recently renovated to a high standard. Kitchen facilities good, basic utensils (could do with a whisk!). Owners very responsive and friendly when we needed and more towels. It needs to be made much clearer that the property doesn't have its own pool as this is currently misleading - included was use of the Ocean Club communal pool which was pleasant, but not a substitute for having your own private pool (usually a must have for us as regular visitors to Luz).

Lovely house great location. there is some building going in in the street with a large crane, thankfully didnā€™t spoil our lovely view and the building works werenā€™t noisy so didnā€™t bother us. Would visit again

We canā€™t recommend this accommodation highly enough. From the first encounter with the owner to the actual day to day living in beautiful Luz.....all was perfect! The villa is spotless clean, has everything one could wish for and is located in the most charming of towns. You can go wrong in renting this perfect piece of paradise.

The owner Ken was a wonderful help. The condo was clean and beautiful. The area was wonderful and relaxing. The pool and club were also fantastic! Excellent location, a few minutes from the beach and grocery stores. Plenty of places to grab dinner and enjoy the views.Quick drive to many of the beautiful beaches in the Algarve.

Great location!

The property was great for our family of two adults and two teenagers and it was brilliant to be able to walk every in Luz. The nearby supermarkets meant we hardly used our hire car although we did enjoy trips to Slide and Splash and the west coast. Pool access and Padel Club (not tennis as advertised, additional charge to use) also nice to have.

Gorgeous villa in a lovely location. Views of the sea from the balcony. All the amenities you need and cannot fault the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. Access to the swimming pool at the Ocean Club which is a couple of minutes walk away. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to book again for our next holiday to Portugal.

We had a wonderful holiday with my family in this property. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax in after a busy day out or by the pool. We enjoyed many lunches out on the balcony during our holiday with the beautiful sea view. I will miss that view! Absolutely superb apartment and amazing host!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks myself and my husband and four children 19,18,17 and 10 and we had an amazing time Ken is an amazing host answers all my questions promptly and kept in touch with me to help with flights transfers etc.. this apartment is a lot more spacious than it looks and has everything you need for your holiday it was literally like being home from home for us the sea view is amazing to have your breakfast on the balcony looking out at the ocean was blissšŸ‘Œ I can't recommend this place enough we had an amazing time not too far from the beach and also the pool was near and local shops restaurants and bars were all in walking distance thank you Ken for going above and beyond to help us have the best holiday we will definitely be booking again thank you

I have just returned from staying a week in the above property with my family.The villa really made our holiday perfect;it is spacious,clean,comfortable and cool.We had a wonderful time and enjoyed using the swimming pool regularly a short walk away.The owner provided us with excellent customer service right from the customer enquiry to just before we left for our holiday providing us with details about the resort and directions to the villa.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and also I am keen to stay in the villa again in the future!Beautiful sea views from the top verandah.

We just stayed for 7 days and thought the house was great! Loved playing paddle at the clubhouse, that was a new sport for us Americans and we are all obsessed! The house could have used a few beach towels to use. Other than that everything was wonderful! For those of you coming with children, just fyi down by the beach in front of the ice cream stand, you can borrow all the shovels and sand pails for for the day so you donā€™t have to buy those things.

I recently stayed with my family in this luxury townhouse and was very impressed with the location, the villa size and furnishings which were all first-class. We stayed a month in this villa and will be booking again next year. As it was February, the pool was not open nor the tennis courts so I don't know whether this is a seasonal thing or not but it would have been nice to play a game of tennis. However, overall Ken (owner) and Marina (housekeeper) were very helpful with any queries we had.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this stunning property in beautiful Praia da Luz. The photographs on the website really do not do justice to this property which is finished to an exceptionally high standard. The property is extremely spacious and comfortable and has all facilities you could possibly need . The views from the property are simply stunning. The quiet location is so convenient to the beach and is within easy walking distance all local amenities. From initial booking to final checkout, Ken was an outstanding host, who was extremely accommodating and who kindly facilitated changes to suit our needs. We hope to return to Ken's beautuful property in the future.

Amazing area. The house was perfect for the five of us (there was even an extra bed/therefore confortable for 6). Beautiful bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms and very clean. The terraces are huge with beautiful balcony with ocean view. We were there 2 weeks in June/July. The temperature was extremely hot like it never have been especially at night. Very close to the swimming pool, the beach, groceries, drugstore etc and many restaurants. The house did not have A/C therefore contacted the owner (which by the way is very responsive) and made arrangements to delivered 3 fans. Would come back to this vrbo in a heartbeat :)

Relaxing Month in Beautiful Luz.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Kenā€™s lovely house in Luz. The property was exceptionally clean and the property manager and cleaning lady were a delight to deal with over our monthā€™s stay. Ken was very pleasant to deal with and the property was as expected and as described. The house is large and has almost everything one might need. There could be a few more dishes available, especially coffee cups. The lack of a dishwasher was only noticed for the first few days until we settled in for the authentic Portuguese experience of washing dishes by hand. The local grocery store is wonderful. Great selection of meat and cheese and fruit and vegetables, as well as a good bakery. The local restaurants are excellent. Most everything you need is located in the town but the larger town of Lagos is only a few minutes away by car and absolutely everything is available there. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan a return visit next year!

Nice Stay in Luz

Our stay in Luz was great. We stayed in the property with 4 adults and 2 children both aged 3 from Canada. The property is conveniently located to grocery stores and a short walk to the beach. We also utilized the ocean club pools that are a few blocks over which were nice as you could get lunch and drinks poolside. We had a few times that we were required to contact the property owner and he was very responsive to ensure everything was sound with the property. The property doesnā€™t come with beach/pool towels so suggest packing your own and no beach toys if youā€™re travelling with children. We didnā€™t get some of the amenities that was included in the listing is the reason 4/5 stars on listing accuracy. We were worried about the hot temperature and no air conditioning in the unit, especially since we were there the end of august. Strategically opening the windows to ensure a cross breeze kept the unit a fantastic temperature. If you get the chance to stay in Luz, you wonā€™t be disappointed with this property.

Es ist sehr gerƤumig, weitlƤufig, hat schƶne AuƟenbereiche und ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage und die NƤhe zum Strand haben uns sehr gefallen. Ein MissverstƤndnis, dass im Nachgang durch Kommunikationsprobleme entstanden ist, konnten wir mit Ken persƶnlich per Email klƤren.

Schƶne Villa mit guter Einrichtung

Die Villa ist schƶn eingerichtet mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Alles ist wertig und von guter QualitƤt. An vielen Stellen hat sich jemand wirklich etwas gedacht. 2 Dinge sind anzumerken, es gibt wirklich keinen GeschirrspĆ¼ler in der etwas Ƥlteren KĆ¼che und so gut wie keine Haken zum aufhƤngen von HandtĆ¼chern. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Der Grill ist super und das Ambiente ruhig und relaxed. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist top.

Magnifique sĆ©jour dans une maison splendide , trĆØs fonctionnelle,

Que dire si ce nā€™est que tout fut parfait. Proche de toutes commoditĆ©s (commerces, piscine, plages) nous avons vraiment adorĆ© notre sĆ©jour Nous y retournerons sans hĆ©sitation

A lovely villa !

We had a fantastic holiday in Luz, helped by staying at Kens gorgeous villa. Perfect location, and good size for our family of 4. We look forward to visiting again ! Thanks Ken.
