Clean property and the pool was the highlight of our trip! Great communication from Kiu and easy check in. Minimal towels (just enough for showering but none provided for the pool), no grill/ hot tub available and property is dated. It was a great trip over all but missing a few things that could have made it more convenient.

The house had the faucets backwards and we didn’t figure out that the hot water was on the cold side until the last night so it was a little unpleasant. The house could’ve been a lot cleaner. The mattress covers were covered with dirt and hair. Unfortunately the washer didn’t activate the spin cycle so we spent most of the night trying to dry our clothes so they wouldn’t get mildew on the drive home. The house was located in a nice neighborhood, the communication was good, and the pool was nice for our family vacation.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding. Everything was fine except there were not enough towels for the 15 guests we had staying in the home and the pool heater was not working. More towels were eventually delivered after the second day staying there. The backyard was a mess and nothing like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and lots of cousin time but wish the house was more prepared for us.

The host was very quick to reply to any questions/concern. We couldn't enjoy the pool due to weather but enjoyed the house itself. It was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of kitchen accessories which was perfect as we cooked every meal. There's plenty of games that kept our teens entertained. Definitely recommend, Would stay again!

We booked this place for 2 nights and it wasn’t exactly what I expected based on the pictures and descriptions- there were a few things that could use some maintenance and that was very disappointing like the jacuzzi being broken, air hockey machine being broken and there not being any functioning outside patio lights so we were out in the pool swimming in the dark after the sun set but it was still a nice, big house with plenty to do and my kids had fun; which was my main objective. House was clean when we arrived and the cleaner was very sweet, she arrived to begin cleaning before we left at checkout time- we would’ve appreciated if the lights could have been fixed after I let the manager know on our first night there because it felt a little unsafe being out on the water in the dark with my toddlers but they love swimming, they would jump in every chance they'd get and argued with me when it was time to go saying they “want to stay there forever.” In the end we all had a blast!

Communication with Kiu was pretty decent. There were some questions I sent that were never answered, and in some cases it took him awhile to answer. The cleanliness of the house could have been much better. My cousin stayed in the room with the two twin beds and said the sheets were dirty and had hairs and stains on them. She took the sheets off and washed them. Someone had left other sheets in the washer or dryer. There was a big stain on the one twin beds that was revealed when she took the sheets off to clean them. The pool chairs do not look like they did in the pictures. They are definitely older. Fortunately we brought folding chairs with us that we could use around the pool. We also brought chairs from inside out to the pool. The rubber seal on the bottom of the refrigerator door is loose. We weren’t told how to get to the back of the house using the alley. We also couldn’t open the garage door using the keypad that is back there. We also weren’t told that to close the garage door you have to hold in on the button the whole time until the garage door is totally closed. The outside pool area has a bunch of weeds and junk lying around. There was mouse poop on the top of the microwave cabinet. The pros are that it did have a pool which we really enjoyed. The location was close to our family members we were visiting. I think it is overpriced. The cleaning fee is quite high based on the cleaning issues we discovered.

Kiu was very responsive and accomodating with check in and check out times. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels. With the exception of the tubs draining poorly making the tub and shower slippery the rest was perfect. We would stay here again

In Town Get-A-Way

My husband and I stayed here this week, and it was just what we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, rest and relaxation was on our to-do list; and that’s just what we did. The host was attentive and answered all of my inquiries in a decent amount of time. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great house for us to stay for 8 nights! The house is a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hanging out on the patio. The host was very responsive, and the check-in & check-out process could not have been easier. This house is tucked into a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood and the use of the garage was a nice bonus. We would stay again!

Very comfortable and safe-feeling house! Wonderful layout, and clean, lovely pool! Owner was great at getting back to me on questions. Ice maker was broken, but owner volunteered to bring a bag of ice. Furniture could be improved, but we all slept really well. Would definitely stay again!

Great property with plenty of space. Missing some online amenities (grill, missing pieces to air hockey, table tennis). Not a lot of great instructions to check in (house code, WiFi password) and no check out instructions for wrapping up our stay without reaching out to host. Host was very timely with responses and very accommodating to needs that arose!

Will definitely be coming back!

The hosts were always so quick to respond! My son (12) loved the game room. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to hopefully enjoy the pool in the warmer weather. Such a beautiful home!

Spacious home with everything you need!

This home is very spacious and provided all the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive and was quick to answer all my questions/concerns. The pool/patio area was a hit with our family-especially at night when it was lit up. We felt very safe and were able to park in the garage that was in an alleyway behind the house.

Fun and Relaxing Family Time

My family loved our stay in this home. Located in a lovely neighborhood, this beautiful home with super comfortable beds and fabulous amenities was the perfect place for our family vacation. We would gladly stay there again! Please note, the description includes a pool table but there isn't one, and the kitchen was not as well stocked with equipment as I've experienced at some. If you have a particular interest, I suggest you ask about it.

Clean, great space but needs updates.

This was a GREAT space for entertaining! Upon entering it was very clean too! However, the photos were not current when I booked and we found that the house needed a lot of updates.. the jacuzzi tub had not been deep cleaned, and the hot tub in the pictures is not a working hot tub..which was a major bummer. Overall we had an amazing time for my sisters bachelorette weekend! The wet bar in the center of the entertainment area was one of my favorite things!! There is a wood burning fire pit too so being wood if you stay!!

Wonderful home but needs repairs and a few clean.

We loved the house. It was so great for our group of teachers. The pool was nice each evening after the Texas heat. It does need a deep clean. The beds were all very clean. It just needs a deep clean such as the floors, appliances and furniture. The carpet is really stained. There are many tiles broken around the pool which had sharp edges. We would return but wanted to point these things out because if someone thinks they are getting an immaculate and super clean house they are not. It’s such a great house overall.
