Absolutely stunning one bedroom timeshare/resort right next door to Disney World. Address of Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa is 7700 Westgate Blvd., Kissimmee FL 34747. Timeshare includes hot tub in master bedroom with a wonderful master bathroom, save money by cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, also comes with a washer & dryer, 13 swimming pools, paddle boats, mini-golf, bicycles, free movie theater, there will be one free cookout & 2 continental breakfasts, ping-pong, pool tables & a newly built water park w/slides - absolutely first class. Free shuttle to all parks in Orlando. 2-bedroom is possible with extra costs. 931 sq feet with a king size bed in the master bedroom & one queen sleeper in the living room-this would accommodate four people; 6 people would fit comfortably however please bring airbeds or sleeping bags. You can bring pets (up to 60 pounds in weight) for an additional non-refundable cleaning fee & a refundable deposit if no damages by the pet. Service animals are free but damage deposit is required. Timeshare is centrally located & most ocean beaches are one to two hour drives. Beach photo is of Clearwater Beach which is about a two hour drive from the timeshare. Cocoa Beach is about a 90 minute drive. You may choose another location but there is an exchange fee. Keep in mind hotels only providing minimal accommodations. This timeshare has a full kitchen, luxury bathroom and hot tub in the master bedroom!! (To my knowledge, most of the information provided should be accurate). Some fees, etc. may vary or change w/the timeshare company. Other Westgate locations: River Ranch FL, Las Vegas NV; Mesa AZ (golfing resort); Smokey Mountains TN; Miami FL; & about 12 other locations. Other potential fees: Holiday stays need about a one-year notice to accommodate the request & as explained above do require other fees. Two bed/bath upgrades are available but with additional costs. All fees are subject to change per Westgate. For the year 2022 Westgate charges an additional $1000 for seasonal/event weeks. This would be some of major holidays like Christmas and New Year. Also, please keep in mind, if you do not check in on a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday you will lose one day and/or have to pay for one extra day. Owner may accommodate the guest with extra discounts if they want to travel during a holiday, depending on their situation due to Westgate's high fees at those times. If booking close to a Holiday, there is a potential of a room downgrade depending on the availability of the one-bedroom grand.
