-Poolside pergola offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the shaded outdoors & is accessible via sunroom, master bedroom & bunk bedroom.
-If you’d rather soak up some sun there’s 2 loungers ready for relaxing along with a dining table & umbrella for an al fresco lunch.
-Grab a book from the game room bookshelves & head out to the Queen bedroom hammock (one of our favorite spots) to enjoy a nap surrounded by the hillside & bird song.
-Binge your favorite shows from the sunroom sofa while easily keeping an eye & ear on those in the pool through many patio doors/windows. The Roku streaming devices make it easy to sign into your streaming accounts or home cable network.

*Pool towels are provided & the pergola coffee table holds a revolving selection of children's toys, arm floats, etc.

----NOTE----
*Door alarms are installed on bunk bedroom & sunroom patio doors to help prevent littles from accessing pool area without supervision (these can be switch off if u prefer). The bunk room patio door also has a childproof deadbolt system & the front door has a sliding child safety lock.

*Beach sand has a habit of clogging the pool filter so we kindly ask you make sure to rinse any toys out after the beach :)

*Optional Pool Heating: Available certain times of year at guest cost (due to the prohibitively high cost this excludes Nov-Jan or when overnight temps are unseasonably low). A quote can be provided roughly 2 weeks prior to stay once weather forecast is out. Confirmation & payment required a minimum of 5 days before checkin to allow time for pre-heating & propane refill if necessary.

While health & safety has always been a top priority at Casa De Norte - we want to let you know about the updated policies enacted to help ensure everyone remains as safe as possible.
•All commonly touched surfaces will be disinfected. In addition, the permitting soft surface items will be sanitized and/or swapped between guests.
•24 hour minimum buffer between guests.
•To ensure the cleaning staff have enough time to complete all the necessary tasks we have been asked not to make changes to check in/out times.

NOTE: We try to maintain a strict quality standard by replacing damaged or worn items as soon as they come to our attention. However, the new reality we find ourselves in means that previously retired item may be put back in rotation. We kindly ask for your patience during this period of adjustment.
