Welcome! Gorgeous 5 bedroom home in Las Vegas for 12 people . Only 10 minutes from all the excitement of the Strip. Make yourself at home and enjoy a gourmet kitchen, 5 rooms, cable TV, and an epic patio/pool!

Spacious house with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, large entertaining room perfect for a Vegas get together with friends and family. Beautiful yard and a nice sized swimming pool. A perfect way to relax during your stay while making sure everyone has plenty of room.
Master bedroom has a King bed. Full kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed 50-mbps internet.

Great Local

Everything we needed in a house for a large group of friends. Great location for shopping and dinning options. It was about a 7 to 10 minute ride to the strip. Very easy check in/out procedure and communication was on point. I would stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay with a group of 8 of us. We loved the location of the property. Our festival ended up getting canceled on our trip but we made the best of it. Great communication with property manager. Loved the property and amenities. Would stay again.

Overall the place fit our needs. There were a couple of things that could be improved. Some of the patio furnishings were really breaking down. The pool was lovely but no pool towels to be found. If we used our bath towels for the pool, there weren’t enough for showers. The beds were not all that comfortable and some of the pillows were very thin. The kitchen was well stocked.

Beds and bedding need improved.

Overall the location and home itself were great. Plenty of space and amenities. However, the mattresses were very poor quality and outdated. The fitted sheets on multiple mattresses didn't fit properly which resulted in them coming loose while sleeping on them, which is frustrating. Also many of the pillows were VERY flat. If the host would update the mattresses and bedding, this would be a top notch destination.

Great for a family

We were in town for a week to help with a funeral. This place was perfect for us, in terms of location, neighborhood, and space. There was enough room for us to have time together and enough for us to be apart. I didn’t request the pool heater, I thought it would be warm enough with the high air temps. That was not correct - I forgot about desert cooling at night. If you want to swim, definitely have the pool heated. Absolutely no hassles with the house.

Dirty and Worn Down

It appears the photos are from years prior when the property was probably in decent shape after a rehab. The property had all baseboards covered in filth specifically the bathrooms, toilet paper rolls falling off the walls, filth everywhere. The flooring was extremely poorly installed. Overall the amenities stated were onsite however the property was severely worn down and dirty. Not as described at all especially for the cost.

Staging can be deceiving

This property is really beat up, from the toilet paper and towel holders ready to fall off the walls. The paint is pealing on the ceiling of the 1st floor bathroom and on the patio overhang. The mattresses on the bunk bed's are so thin, we had to double them up on 2 of the beds and purchased a blow up bed at Walmart. In the backyard there is a purgola that is falling apart and has exposed wires. The green carpet by the swingset has exposed nail heads, luckily we noticed and avoided the area. The chlorine dispenser in the pool is cracked and the chlorine blocks were sitting on the bottom of the pool. The kids did enjoy the pool. There is a hanging chair in the backyard that is not safe to use, the hanger is broken. The owner of this property really needs to do a walk through. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Not what we expected

Check in was easy, and communication with the host was pretty good. When we arrived the house was pretty clean but the pool was merky and kind of greenish. When I messaged the host they told us it had been cleaned that day. Most of the guests didn’t feel comfortable getting in the water which was the whole point of our stay.. no pool floaties so we had to buy and use our own. There was a dead bird in the backyard but it was out of the way so we tried not to pay too much attention to it. Rooms are a good size but the downstairs is covered in ants. I found them on my suitcase after checking out which is how you know there was a problem. Also there was a black widow in the downstairs bedroom. If you book here, plan to bring some towels for the pool, washcloths, dish towels and a dish scrubber. Those are things we had to figure out after arrival. The house is described to have 2 king beds but this is not the case. And the bunk room mattresses are quite thin and we ended up layering the mattresses to make a more comfortable sleeping area. We had a great time on our trip but the house is definitely not what we thought. Will not book again. Thank you though.

Worth the booking.

Pros: -clean indoor and outside -spacious and comfortable -Kitchen adequately stocked -very good and prompt communication with host from start to finish -plenty of towels -overall cleanliness was on par with how I would maintain my own home. -pack n play and bouncer for infant -playground for toddlers -pool and foosball table for teens -clean, ready to use grill Cons: -ants. To be fair I did not notify host as there was ant spray under sink so assumed they are aware…but maybe they aren’t but it was bad enough to call for a monthly or bi monthly exterminator service. -limited pool toys (one blow up chair, one noodle, and one broken noodle). It was not reasonable for me to go buy more as we had no way to get them home. So kids were a little bummed about that. -No dressers. With a week long stay, we would have liked to have been able to unload our stuff instead of living out of suitcases, but there was not dresser space in the bedrooms, except the downstairs. In regards to previous review stating the place is falling apart, I would consider this house “lived in” not “falling apart”. Unless you’re use to perfection and luxury then maybe it is “falling apart”. It’s clearly an older home that was renovated and overall done nicely in my opinion. Overall I would book this home again. It was hassle free and comfortable.

Es war alles bestens organisiert. Wir waren acht Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz, die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden sprich Duschzeug Toilettenpapier Handtücher usw. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und es gab sogar einen Gasgrill im Garten. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Amazing house with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. My kids loved it so much

This is an amazing relaxing and enjoyable property. Does need a little tlc but that is too be expected being it’s a rental. No issues or complaints! My kids absolutely loved it and wished this was their home. I thank the host for providing such a beautiful and cozy home.

Pool House in Las Vegas

What a lovely house! Exactly as described. Love the interior touches and the pool was the highlight. Truly heated to perfection it was absolute hit with my kids. Great hosts, excellent communication. So close to the Vegas Strip and shopping. 10/10 would recommend to anyone we will be back!

Great Place for a Family Getaway

This is a great VRBO to enjoy with your family. With amenities like the playground area, the pool, and the food all table, the kids had plenty to do. The home was clean when we arrived, and there were plenty of linens and dishwater to accommodate our family of 7. There was a little bit of confusion regarding the address of the home as it was listed differently on my reservation than the actual address of the home, but we quickly got it straightened out with the host.

Our party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in November. The house was very clean and had all the amenities required to make for a comfortable vacation. The location is close to groceries and convenience stores. The Las Vegas strip was also very easy to get to. Check-in/check-out process was easy, communication with the property manager always quick, got a full refund for our property damage deposit. All in all, a great property and we wouldn't hesistate to rent this house again for our next reunion.

Everything was what I expected. Only issues I had was with both upstairs bathroom. Not enough light in master bath shower, mildew on the hallway bathroom shower curtain (I think that it needs to be changed out ASAP). Also found a blow up doll in the backyard. Very inappropriate when there's a family renting with little ones. Everything else was good.
