The front door is a secure metal door (main exit) with a dual lock providing much needed security. The alternative exit is through the kitchen leading outside, also secured with protective burglar proof bars.
The neighborhood is centrally located and has some human traffic around during the day and early hours of the evening. And generally quiet after 9pm with little distractions.
