The Leakey side - Whiskey Mountain Duplex - Great Location!

Thank you for the five star review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted you enjoyed our location near beautiful Garner State Park and had the opportunity to experience those gorgeous Hill Country starry skies. We appreciate your feedback and understanding regarding occasional road noise. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing Hill Country getaway!

Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere—that’s one of the things we love most about Whiskey Mountain Inn. ❤️ Our property does have its own rustic charm and history, and while it may not be a fancy or modern resort, we take great pride in keeping everything clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly appreciate guests who value the simple beauty, peaceful surroundings, and laid-back Hill Country experience we offer. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon! 🌿🏡

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear you found the property nice, clean, and quiet. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the terrain toward the back of the property. While the main entrance and paved portion are easily accessible, the area leading to the back duplexes is a little more rugged. For guests traveling on heavier motorcycles, we would be happy to recommend one of our cabins closer to the front of the property, where access is smoother and more motorcycle-friendly. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back on your next Hill Country adventure! 🏍️❤️

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! ❤️ We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the cabin cozy, clean, and well equipped. We especially love hearing that the cabin gave you that peaceful, private feeling while still being conveniently close to town and the road. That balance is one of the things we hope our guests appreciate about staying with us—having a quiet place to unwind while still being close to everything the Hill Country has to offer. Thank you as well for sharing your helpful tips about the local restaurants and grocery options. Our small-town location does mean dining choices are more limited and some restaurants close earlier, so bringing groceries or planning meals ahead is definitely a great suggestion for future guests. We appreciate you helping others know what to expect! We’re so happy you had everything you needed during your stay and truly appreciate you choosing our cabin. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another peaceful Hill Country getaway! 🏡🌿❤️

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin and the convenient location close to the river. It means a lot to know you found everything you needed for a great trip—that’s exactly what we hope to provide for our guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway! 😊🏡✨

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Your kind words truly mean the world to us. 😊❤️ We're absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the clean, cozy atmosphere of the cabin. It’s great to know our convenient location made it easy for you to explore everything the area has to offer while still having a peaceful place to come back and relax. We're especially happy that you enjoyed watching the hummingbirds from the front porch! They're one of our favorite parts of the property as well, and there's something so relaxing about sitting outside and taking in the beauty of nature. Thank you also for mentioning the shared porch. We appreciate you pointing that out for future guests, and we're so glad you had such wonderful neighbors during your stay. It's always nice when guests can enjoy the welcoming atmosphere that makes Whiskey Mountain feel so special. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your thoughtful recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon for another relaxing Hill Country getaway filled with hummingbirds, beautiful views, and lasting memories! 🏡🌿✨💕

Thank you so much for this incredibly heartfelt review! ❤️ Knowing that this was your fourth or fifth stay with us is truly one of the greatest compliments we could receive. Repeat guests like you are what make hosting so rewarding, and we are incredibly grateful that you continue to choose Whiskey Mountain for your family getaways. It means so much to hear that the Leakey Cabin has become a home away from home for your family. We love knowing that it provides the perfect space for you, your husband, and your three children to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together. Your kind words about the cleanliness of the cabin and the professionalism of our team are deeply appreciated and will be shared with everyone who helps make each stay special. Thank you for your continued trust and support over the years. There is no greater reward than hearing that guests return again and again because they feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. We are honored to be a small part of your family's traditions and adventures in the Hill Country. We can't wait to welcome you back for stay number six! Until then, thank you again for being such wonderful guests and part of the Whiskey Mountain family. 😊🏡✨❤️🌿
