This is a fully furnished luxury condo resort. It is complete with a large kitchen, oven, stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, and all of the cooking utensils needed to feed your family and friends. You even have a full washer and dryer in your unit. The only issue that you may run into is not wanting to go home!

The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed OR a set of bunk beds, and the living room has a luxurious queen pull-out sofa bed. Some units may not have sofa beds.


Just steps away you’ll find HarborWalk Village, home to numerous nationally-renowned restaurants, waterfront shopping, and entertainment galore.

Take in the sun, gulf breezes, and breathtaking views at the multi-level Grande Vista Pool Deck at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Emerald Grande at Destin. Located 4 stories high overlooking the Gulf of Mexico & Destin Harbor and featuring a beach entry outdoor pool, heated/cooled indoor pool, children’s play area, multiple bars, and hot tubs. The Spa at Emerald Grande offers spa treatments aplenty for both ladies and gentlemen. Make the most of the separate soothing relaxation areas, as well as the sauna and the state-of-the-art fitness center. The seasonal supervised kid’s club is a bonus, plus there’s a soft toy play area for little ones and an arcade for the teens. Everyone will enjoy the complimentary shuttle boat which takes you to a secluded beach with comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas.

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 25 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. Please note..For the June 30-July 7 period only, a 6 night nimimun stay is required and check in must be Friday for 6-7 nights. This is a rare find, gorgeous Harbor View for the fourth of July holiday!
