The fully equipped kitchen will be sure to cater to your every need! This nautical oasis accommodates up to 6 guests as the master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. This unit also comes with private parking and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ area equipped with grills! As you step out of the elevator, you will find the 7-mile stretch of Sugar-sand beach! The unit is conveniently located near Bowditch Point Regional Park, where you will find a tranquil boardwalk and wildlife! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy the famous pier at lively downtown Times Square, where you will find many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
