Nestled in the heart of the Luberon natural park in a 4 hectare property, this cottage has been recently renovated. It will bring you the calm and comfort you need while providing access to a wide range of tourist activities. These qualities have earned it the 4 * classification “furnished with tourism”, and 4 CléVacances keys, guaranteeing you a stay without unpleasant surprises.

Functional and well equipped, the house is built on 3 levels. It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms on the ground floor. The rooms are very large and the configuration is ideal for a vacation with two families. The house can accommodate 8 people (+ provision of 2 baby cots on request).
The price indicated on the site corresponds to the rental of the house alone (8 beds), with the reservation costs of the Abritel site.

From 2020, an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a living room can also be rented, allowing the capacity of the Bastide to be increased to 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges). To ensure privacy and calm, the house and the apartment are never rented to different tenants over the same period. There is no house adjoining our Bastide.

A shaded terrace to the south of the house, with hammock, deckchair, barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional view of the Lubéron and the village. An above-ground swimming pool is at your disposal (diameter 5.5m). You will also find table tennis, WiFi, TV, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, private parking and children's toys.

The cottage is located 5 min walk from the center of the village. You will thus be able to access essential products and services (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacco, doctor) while staying on the outskirts.

Ideally located, you can as well escape for the day in the creeks of Cassis or in the Gorges du Verdon, visit Marseille, Aix en Provence (about 1h), Avignon (1h30), the Sénanque Abbey (1h15), enjoy tourist attractions in the surrounding area (Provencal villages, local markets, abbeys), or simply take advantage of the magnificent landscapes that the Luberon offers you (Colorado Provencal, Opedette gorges, etc.).

Take advantage of the gîte in off-season and the colors of autumn and spring. A fireplace will allow you to spend your evenings by the fireplace. All rooms are equipped with a radiator.
