Prices Exclude:
Cleaning fee at check-out and any repairs needed due to unusual usage of the equipment and the apartment (i.e. broken bed, colored walls by children if can’t be washed and requires a paint, apartment damaged by pets that require a major repair, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of reservation deposit (40% of the total amount) if cancellation received 90 days before the arrival date.
50% refund of reservation deposit if cancellation received 45 days before the arrival date.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
