From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home. The living area is open and spacious, yet perfectly connected to the meticulously appointed kitchen, keeping hungry folks out of the chef's way. The gas range and oven make meal preparation a breeze, and for all your grilling needs, a large gas grill is available in the backyard. When it's time to gather around the table, you'll find seating for eight, with an additional three seats at the bar. The first floor features two king master suites, a powder room for guests, and a spacious laundry room.

Upstairs, you'll discover two more bedrooms, each with a private bath and ample sleeping options. The bunk room is equipped with twin bunks and a full bed, while down the hall, there's a bedroom with a private bath, a full bed, and a twin bed with a twin trundle.

Within the 499-acre Watercolor community, you'll find acres of parks, gardens, and footpaths, as well as a variety of shopping and dining options. For a fine dining experience, try Fish Out Of Water, or enjoy alfresco dining at the nearby wine bar. Sushi and other casual fare are also available at the Watercolor Inn and Beach Club.

You can find better in Watercolor

Wasn't very happy with Rudy's Rendezvous. The master bath was very dirty. Wish I could share photos on this review. The wifi/internet was not working the entire stay (they did refund me 10%). The master bath shower was clogged and VERY slow to drain (they did come out and put Drano down and it helped). No bikes. No golf cart. But ample parking in the front and rear which was great. Location was also very good. Easy walk to Seaside and Watercolor Club. My family rented 3 homes in Watercolor for Thanksgiving and this home was clearly the worst unfortunately.

Anywhere in Watercolor is a great place to stay

The home was as described. Plenty of room for a large family. Because this is a premier location this home would rent regardless of the lack of special touches many VRBO homes offer, but I would rent there again as all basic necessities were provided.

Overall okay but for the price & the neighborhood it needs some maintenance: the dishwasher falling out (of wall at the counter top where it should be attached) when loading, oven is coming off the wall as well, master bath shower won't drain, rusted dirty trash cans in the bathrooms, several light bulbs out in kitchen living room, bed room lamps & downstairs bathroom. Lots of stains on furniture too. Needs a deep clean for sure. Love watercolor but would probably choose a different house next time. Thx.

Better Than Expected!

As a host myself, I appreciated this property. It was vibrant and clean. The location was excellent, as it was close to pools, Publix & the square. I would definitely recommend this property!

Relaxing weekend

House was very nice and in a great location!! Beautiful hard wood floors and high ceilings that made it feel so homey. The location was only a couple min drive to restaurants, shopping and the watercolor pool/beach access. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful memories made at Rudy's

We had a wonderful time at Rudy's! The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! And the porch swing was perfect for relaxing and reading a book. We can't wait to return!!!

Rudy's Rendezvous

We loved our stay! The house is wonderful! We were going to sweep before leaving, but there is no broom in the house. We also tried using the vacuum cleaner during our stay, and it's messed up. It just spits out sand and debris at your feet while you vacuum.

Perfect home for a week

Rudy's Rendezvous was the perfect house for our family of 7! It was such a homey space and location was great--great for kids as Camp Watercolor with playground and lazy river and pool were just a block away! Loved that there were 2 parking spaces in the back and one in front for our golf cart. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had to contact Coastal Dreamin' about the A/C once and they were very responsive! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Stunning!

We finally found the ideal vacation house and plan on returning soon. What a stunning home! The beautiful decor and furnishings were well beyond most rentals. I enjoyed relaxing on the swing bed on the front porch. We rode bikes to the beach, dining, shopping and nature trails. This place has it all! Great memories were made here!

Excellent, would highly reccommend

Our weekend rendezvous at Rudy's Rendezvous was incredible! We were there for the 30a songwriters festival and the location was perfect. So many venues were within biking distance. We had four couples staying and we were all very comfortable in this beautiful home. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are roomy & the beds are extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We made a lot of great memories and we can't wait to go back!

Good, but used vacation home

The house was nice, but you can tell it has had a lot of visitors. It could use a little TLC and deep cleaning. Please fix the master bath pocket door! Does not stay open and is super annoying. Same with the entry door into the closet/bathroom area. Also, there are no pot holders! We enjoyed our stay and the front porch swing is awesome, but will probably try a different house next time.

Fantastic!

First time for us to use this type of lodging. Rudy’s was fantastic. I hope they are all this good. Also, first time in watercolor. We were close enough to the action to enjoy the fun yet far enough to slip away for peace. We had a blast. Teens, college, midlife and grandparents all under one roof. Plenty of space. Could have added a couple more and been comfy. We had 7 ppl. Plenty of room. These people take great care of this house.

Birthday Beach Trip

We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday beach trip. The layout of the house was great and 6 teenage girls were able to share the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs with plenty of room for all their stuff and getting ready. I do wish the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans, but the house did have portable fans available for use. The location of the house is good. It's a short bike ride to Publix and several restaurants and shops. The beach is a good distance from the house. It was fine for our group as we just rode our bikes, but if you have little kids you will definitely want to rent a golf cart to get there and back, or use the beach shuttle. Rental company was quick to respond with the 2 minor issues we had. Overall, it's a great house. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Great location - has a few issues

We loved the house and the location, however, there were a few issues that could be easily resolved if owner wants to: the microwave didn't work; the dishwasher didn't work; the blender didn't work. There were no potholders available to remove hot dishes from the oven and only one dishtowel; not a single serving platter and only four steak knives; mildew on outdoor furniture cushions. Two parking spaces are to be available to renters, but owner's golf cart is parked in parking area so it makes it very tight for two guest vehicles to park without bumping doors into each other.

I want to give this property a better rating

I really had to cool off in order to write this review. When we first arrived. We arrived an our first impression was the house was very much nicely decorated and well kept. However, we did walk into a dishwasher sitting in the middle of the living room. We left as they still needed a little more time to get things in order from the last visit. Which they had 10-4 to do so…. We were unable to shower once we got back due to them needing to turn the water off bc the dishwasher was spraying water. ( although they told us we were able to use the sink in the kitchen) bc the issue with the dishwasher still was not fixed. The plumber ended up needing to come out and told us it was not that they needed a new dishwasher it was that a rat ate through one of the tube..The plumber was there till almost 11pm. No one was able to take showers. The next day there was an AC issue. . the new dishwasher came, we as guest had to sign for it.Someone did come to put the new dishwasher in at that time. The whole transaction was weird.We disregarded the AC issue upstairs. We were okay…Until that night my husband and I woke up to a rat eating at their pocket slider in the bathroom. No one came out. The problem I had most is that there was a property management company, yet no one was willing to come out and they were not sure they would Be able to get anyone because it was Sunday. This really did take away from our time there.

Great location, not great stay

The dishwasher in the kitchen must have been broken for a long time because the dishes, silverware, kitchen tools were all dirty but put away in its place. We had to wash everything before you could use it. We reported the dishwasher broken and management co said nothing was going to be done about it, nor did they offer any solution. Also, the dirty kitchen was host to roaches that wondered the common spaces. The place says it sleeps 12, but it really sleeps 8 comfortably. There were no sheets for the trundle bed and not enough bath towels for all the guests staying. For 9 people, we had 7 towels. DO NOT USE the bike company, Shoreline, as recommended by the rental property. We rented 6 bikes from them. Apparently kids run around Watercolor stealing bikes when they are not locked down. Our kids came inside to change cloths and go back out - during that 10 minutes, 2 bikes were stolen from our driveway. When we contacted the company, they could not give us any identifying details about the bike or info on how to track them. We had no help from the bike company. We searched for 4 hours for our bikes. The Sheriff said most bike Co. have trackers on their bikes, or numbers on their bikes that identifies them and I should not be charged because bikes get stolen all the time (everyday) and the company always recover them because when the resort finds them, they call the bike company to pick them up. Not our case. Before we checked out, the bike company already charged over $370 for each bike missing. The house was not a total loss, it has a lovely front porch swing and overall it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (after you pre-wash everything and hand wash all the dishes post meal). It was not the relaxing get away we hoped for. The lack of support from the management company meant we had to deal with all the problems ourselves.
