Shellcation 2026! We had a great time and were centrally located to a lot of beaches we wanted to travel too. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have a “home” to come back to at the end of the day.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool is very nice & the house was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood & a great location with lots of stores & restaurants nearby.

The house was exactly as pictured. We used the pool. It was clean and enjoyed. We used the house as a home base to visit various beaches and the Ford/Edison Estates. The house is close to a Publix. The host reached out to see if we needed anything via text. There was a notebook with maps and suggestions for activities, shopping and dinning which we found helpful. We took the recommendation for dinning at the Lobster Lady, which was amazing. Was a great vacation.

Peaceful stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The host was communicative. The reason we did not give a 5-Star is the pool pump was not working so we couldn't use the pool. The interior is a little dated and dark. However, we would stay here again.

Great stay

Home was just gorgeous. Definitely a place to stay. Close enough to all beaches and sights in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Ford and Edison estate is a must see as well as River district in downtown Fort Meyers. Pool is beautiful we did not swim a whole lot but it was nice to sit by pool in morning having coffee and play cards in the evenings. Communication with Mary was great she was available for any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely return.

Very Comfortable

First, I have to thank Mary and Bruno for being such nice hosts and making our stay so enjoyable. They are very responsive and made this process easy. They are A++ to deal with. We stayed in the house for 6 weeks and loved it. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. We went for walks daily. The location is great. Very close to almost everything you would need. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles from the house. We enjoyed the pool which was cleaned and maintained every week.

Hard beds and hidden fees

Nice place but undisclosed fee for electricity not revealed until after cancellation was not an option. Fee was not unreasonable but manner it was revealed left a sour taste that tainted the trip. Beds were far too hard and pool needs a rail at steps, unsafe for older adults entering the pool. Otherwise a nice place.

Dear Pamela. Unfortunately, I have to correct some facts. You placed your reservation and signed the rental agreement 90 days prior to your arrival. The property description states that there is a $0,18 charge per kWh. The rental agreement states that there is an extra charge for electricity, you got an email informing you about the electric charge. The free cancellation period is 30 days prior to arrival. Why cancellation was not an option and why undisclosed if at least three-time informed you about it? I understand that everybody has his own point of view, I just think that it is not correct to give a negative review that is not based on the truth. It is misleading other guests. However, thanks for your feedback and being our gust.

Amamos la estancia

We love the house. Tengo q decir q por primera vez llegamos a una casa de alquiler súper limpia. Soy bastante preocupada por eso y les doy un 100. No necesitan llegar a esa casa con nada. Hay de todo para nuestra comodidad. Full toallas colchas. La cocina súper equipada. Piscina limpia y caliente a todo hora. Bruno and Mary very attending. Sin duda vamos a regresar

Winter getaway

The Villa Pine Island property was very nice. We were looking for a winter escape with our two grown kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was warm and clean. Everything in the house was very clean. The location of the house is perfect for getting to all the best destinations near Fort Myers. Any needs or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Excelente estadia

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, es un vecindario tranquilo. La casa es muy cómoda. Estuvimos hospedados 15 noches y realmente nos sentimos en casa. La cocina completa, cuarto de escritorio, excelente piscina. Mary & Bruno siempre al tanto de nuestras consultas y de que tengamos una buena estadía.

Time in Cape Coral

Our stay in Villa Pine Island was fantastic! The house is equipped with everything possible to spend a comfortable time with family or friends. It has above and beyond everything you to cook, to clean and to relax. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Five minutes away you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Hostess were amazing! Excellent help at not time. They solve our questions and help us to spend a wonderful time in sunny Florida! Thank you so much!!
