Book this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Sunset Beach today! A total of 6 people can sleep comfortably.

-PETS - Please send an Inquiry/message via "contact host" before booking to see if your pet is approved. Pets must be approved in advance of booking. Pets must be of select breeds, non-shedding, 2+ years old, up-to-date on all shots, treatments and crate trained. Due to allergies cats cannot be accepted. We do not accept aggressive breeds.

-We have a Saturday to Saturday seven-night minimum during June and July. A three-night minimum all other times.

Enjoy a quiet family beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just minutes from the South Carolina line. Our trademark is our pristine three-mile-long sandy beach; beautiful sunrises and sunsets (which can be seen from the island because of our unique southern exposure) and spectacular golfing. Other unique features of our community include Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.

This vacation home is at Sea Trail Resort, which is about as close as you can get to the beach yet have all of the amenities of a resort. Sea Trail boasts three signature golf courses (Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd) just about a mile from the beach. Sunset Beach's Ingram Planetarium, which provides educational and entertaining programs for both adults and children, is just down the road.

When you're ready for night life, bumper cars, and a bit of history, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Wilmington, NC, are just minutes away. And there are dozens of other areas of interest and local attractions nearby. Travel to these nearby areas and return to the luxury and quit of your own space.

Quick Relaxation

We decided at the last minute that a few days of seafood and relaxation was just what the Dr ordered! A quick reservation at Solace & Comfort and we were on our way. Located in our favorite Sunset Beach destination - Sea Trail - we spent the days walking in the City Park and enjoying our favorite restaurants. Our well appointed condo was home for the perfect trip!

Returning to Sunset Beach

We love this area of the NC coast. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Our stay at Solace and Comfort felt like being home. All the comfort and a lovely area. We saw an abundance of wild life and was surprised at the quietness of the area. We definitely will return and look forward to discovering new things.

Adequately sized and clean unit for family of 5 plus 2 canines.

Greg and Donna made the rental process routine and we enjoyed a nice long holiday weekend in their condo. The condo was clean at check in and clear instructions were laid out for easy reference. The condo was ready earlier than expected and we were afforded extra time on checkout day as well. We did not take advantage of the offer, but appreciated the gesture. Greg and Donna truly cared about our comfort and we plan on renting the unit again in the summer. Sunset Beach is a GREAT beach destination (been going there for 20 yrs.) and this condo is a great option especially if you like to travel with your pets.

Fall Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Our stay was during and after hurricane Ian. Thankfully, it hit south of the property but the wind still broke off branches and took whole trees down. The owner checked in on us and made sure things were okay and the maintenance crew had the outside area cleaned up within 3 days of the storm. The property is close to the beach, golf and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, good sized unit in good location

Great rental for 2 adult couples with 2 bedrooms & en-suite baths. Well stocked, clean, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Sunset & OIB. Owners were great to work with, stayed in touch making everything easy. Pet friendly a big plus!

Everything you need for a beach get away! Short 3 minute drive to public parking by the pier!

2019 Vacation

Older property is good for short term rental. Could have had a better toaster, but not a big deal. An ideal rental for us would have a shower instead of a tub shower due to my wife's handicap, but we knew there was no shower when we rented it. Very good communication from owners.

May 2019 vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at Greg and Donna's Villa in Sea Trails, NC. The villa was great for me. My daughter,Husband and two little boys came and stayed for a long weekend and stayed in the mini suite, it worked out perfectly. Great location, first floor is perfect--no steps to haul luggage up. I may request the villa next year same month. The Villa had everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. I stayed for a month, first time ever I vacationed for that amount of time, loved it. The internet gave me some grief, Greg immediately contacted the service provider and had it fixed and upgraded as I told him I had to work while I was there. I could not have asked for a quicker response. Bad Storm knocked out the power, I notified Greg and he contacted the service provider and I had power that afternoon. I recommend Staying here,

Spring getaway

We had a great time staying at this Sea Trail Resort rental. Everything was neat and in order when we arrived. I would recommend and we hope to make it a spring getaway in the future. I would also recommend Fibber McGee's for a later afternoon cocktail. Thanks BC

We are Greg and Donna! We live in Ohio and once we discovered Sunset Beach, we started making plans to retire there. Unfortunately, we cannot retire yet and decided to try long distance rental management. We have been blessed with so many wonderful guests and love knowing they enjoy their time at our place as much as we do! We look forward to hosting many more couples and families. You can usually find me fishing and Donna shelling or reading – both toes in the sand folks! She loves the area shops and I love the area golf courses – plenty to keep both of us busy and hopefully you too.

Our love of the pristine beach and quaint atmosphere led us to Sea Trail and Sunset Beach. The location was stellar with so much within a short driving distance. But really, the fishing, golf and nature around Sea Trail were major factors. After we viewed the Club Villas with their unique design and ability to expand – we were sold! We can use as much or as little as we need and so can you! It was just too beautiful to pass up…

Fishing, beach walks, sunsets, and sunrises are simply amazing. The location is very convenient for any type of entertainment you desire.
