Was all that we expected and more.

Clean, comfortable, easy to get to beach, comfortable patio furniture, amazing assortment of kitchen appliances, close to Flagler, nicely furnished beachy theme. Enjoyed our stay

Need reminders all over the property to remember that if you have a room above or below you, that you need to be polite and do not jump, stomp, run, slide furniture or yell all times of the day. (At least remember to keep voices down after 10:00pm)

Gorgeous beach view and relaxing atmosphere

No hassle processes to rent, check in and check out. Condo was in great shape with all necessary amenities plus more. Beautiful beach view and close access to the beach and pools. Very relaxing stay! I’d schedule this trip again.

Nice property for quick trip

We decided on a last minute stay at New Smyrna and found this condo to work well. Everything was as described, good location, clean, beach access, etc. Information provided about stay was well prepared and helpful. Would stay here again. Thanks!

All the comforts of home!

Perfect place to stay at the beach! Ocean view, clean, peaceful, and great location. I am sensitive to air fresheners and other floral scents, this place was perfect, just clean fresh air. Thank you to the owners, this made my trip to your unit perfect!!

Beautiful views and accommodations

Such a breath of fresh air after checking out of another resort a few miles down the beach after one day due to false advertising. Was supposed to be on the beach with a pool and it was across the street and you had to go to another property to use the pool.

Nice cozy condo

The condo was clean and cozy. Alot of supplies lime dishes crick pot extra beach towels etc. Us ladies felt safe there . The only issue was the pools were very cold. But the beach was great. Enjoyed Canal Street and North Atlantic shopping. Fold was excellent at Flagler Inn and The Treehouse.

December visit

You should let your customers know that both of the pools, both of the hot tubs are closed and more importantly that there is absolutely no beach access from your property. Had I known those details I would have booked somewhere else.

Hello Chris, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed in your experience. However, the beach access was open and available during the time of your stay. Additionally, the complex does not have hot tubs. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the pool closure by the complex. This was a last minute and unforeseeable issue that took place. We hope you were able to overall enjoy your stay in New Smyrna Beach.

Never Better!

We had the best stay at SCGIII. Everything was as specified. They are still working on the sea wall so you have to go to the other side of pool to get access to the beach but it’s literally just a few extra steps! Super convenient, easy access when checking in, and super clean! We can’t wait for next summer.

Long weekend trip

The condo was very nice and accommodating. We had one very minor issue when we first arrived. We had two couples with two total vehicles and in the condo only had one parking pass. Called the property manager and had another pass within the hour. Would highly recommend.

Great!

Great 2-BR with a view of pools, ocean and shuffleboard courts. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use any items from the owner closet as we brought our own chairs, umbrellas, so can’t comment on that. We rented 3 units and this was by far the classiest, cleanest and best equipped. Love this property - we’ve come for over 25 years off and on with our kids who brought their kids for this first time this visit. Magical for all of us!

The condo is larger than the photos appeared and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is breath taking. Excellent for couples and families.
