The sun room is 19 feet by 10 feet of wraparound bay windows — built-in bookshelf seating, natural light from every angle, and an unobstructed view of Tampa Bay with the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in the distance. This is the room that makes West Bay Cove 231 different from anything else available on Anna Maria Island. The primary bedroom opens directly into it — you wake up to water. Remote workers will recognize immediately what it means to take a video call with this as the background.

Nature lovers will understand when the pelicans start diving and the dolphins appear below.
The view doesn't stop at the sun room. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living area bring Tampa Bay inside. Dolphins, manatees, and wading birds are visible from the living room. The waterfront lawn extends to the bay's edge where a mangrove-lined shoreline creates natural wildlife habitat. Adirondack chairs on the lawn face the water — the Sunshine
Skyway Bridge visible from this position at any hour of the day or night.

The kitchen was completely renovated — white shaker cabinets, black granite countertops, geometric fish-scale backsplash, stainless appliances, and peninsula seating. The open living and dining areas flow naturally with coastal blue walls, curated furnishings, and modern LVP flooring throughout.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary suite has a king bed with direct sun room access and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair, and hall bathroom access.
