* About the apartment:

The apartment is divided into 4 rooms, the living room has an L-shaped sofa for 5-6 people, with a 42 'TV and pay TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a marble table, for 4 people and has custom furniture, stove, 470L refrigerator ... There are 2 rooms: a suite with a double bed and a room with a single bed and a bunk bed.

The service area gives access to the second bathroom and all rooms have a fan.

* About the condo:

A residential condominium located between the center of Bertioga (7km) and Riviera de São Lourenço (9km), with easy access to Rodovia Rio Santos and the beach (1.5km) which is less than 15 min walk from the apartment.

Around you will find several options of pizzerias (100m), markets (150m), restaurants (200m) and convenience stores (100m).

Our guests are always welcome to enjoy the best climate of the Paulista coast.

* About the neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all places in Bertioga.

During the season (December, January and February) the city usually receives many tourists and we recommend our guests to come and enjoy and put their worries aside.

Our environment is familiar and we take care of every detail to receive you with all affection 🍀

The apartment is close to several food, transport and leisure points.

- 100m from the bus stop, towards Bertioga center and towards Riviera de São Lourenço.

- 100m from a pizzeria, mini market, beauty salon, convenience.

- 200m from a steakhouse and almost at the same distance a delicious restaurant.

- 500m from a market with everything you will need and at the same distance you will find a shopping center with a beauty salon and other options.

- 1km you will find pharmacies, bakeries, convenience stores, mechanic, tire shop, restaurants...

- Less than 1.5km you will be on the beach facing a kiosk and enjoying the sun with your feet in the sand.

- The center of Bertioga is less than 20 minutes by car and you will find everything you need, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, barbers, pharmacies, convenience stores, ice cream parlors, bars, schooner rides and the wonderful beach in the center of Bertioga.

- If you want a more trendy night, we suggest crossing the ferry from Bertioga / Guarujá and taking a small 30-minute saw to get to the center of Guarujá, another option is Pucci na Riviera or Bars in Juquehy. Of course, in the center of Bertioga you will find hundreds of options to eat and relax.

- Still crossing the Bertioga / Guarujá ferry, you can take a trail and arrive at Prainha Branca, a beautiful beach to spend the morning and enjoy the crystal clear water, a little further on you will find several closed condominiums that allow some tourists to access the beaches ( paradisiacal), but program, access is limited and the concierge opens around 7 am.

- In Bertioga you can also find thousands of tourist trips, adventures in the waterfalls, trails, surfing, schooners, dives, boat and boat trips, tennis, footvolley, beach volleyball and much more.

* Apartment rules:

- Noises like, loud sound, shouting and discussions that can disturb the neighbors are not welcome and there is a law of silence in the condominium from 10pm to 8am.

- Pets (pets) must always be on a leash, lap or indoors for transportation and under no circumstances should they make their needs in the common area of the condominium.

- The common area is for everyone to use, however, we emphasize that it is not allowed to hold meetings, chat or games in the hallways, garage or other areas that are not designated for that..

- With great affection we ask all our guests to keep the apartment as they found it and take care of it as if the house were theirs. ❤️
