Delightful trullo set in a 5 acre private olive grove with WiFi and private pool

Experience the magic of staying in one of Puglia's enchanting Trulli. This trullo is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from the local towns of San Michele Salentino and Francavilla Fontana. Choosing Trullo Primo for your holiday this year means that you and your family/friends will have SOLE access to this unique private property which is a detached trullo/lamia combination giving you the charm of a traditional trullo and the modern space of a lamia. The trullo is set in 5 acres of olive grove. The surrounding land not only has mature and young olive trees but many fruit trees; such as red and yellow plums, mulberries, cherries, figs and oranges. Guests are welcome to sample seasonal fruits straight off the trees during their stay; such as cherries in late May/June; almonds and figs in July/August.

The location is ideal for those who are visiting Puglia for the first time as many of the local towns such as Ostuni; Ceglie Messapica; Oria; Messagne; Francavilla Fontana are only a short drive away.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen; with full-sized dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a 6 metres by 4 metres pergola with lighting and marble table top which is ideal for dining outside or for those seeking shade during the day. There is also a built bespoke barbeque near to the pergola. The property has its own private swimming pool with terrace and outdoor shower area.

You can now fly to Brindisi from Manchester Airport on Friday's and Monday's March to end October so more reasons to visit this beautiful part of Italy this year.

Well-behaved dogs may be permitted to stay, please ask the owner.

Golfing: There are several golf courses in the Ostuni and Bari areas.

Trulli great!

We had a fabulous and relaxing family holiday. Close to nearby towns and the coast. Julie and Mark were lovely, friendly hosts and did a great job of keeping the pool clean for us and being available should we have any questions etc. We’d definitely return ;)

Excellent place to relax and visit

The place is exactly as presented. Strong support and swift answer from the owner for any question. We also enjoyed the vegetation surrounding the pool and the hammock between the two pine trees! Cisternino, Ostuni, Ceglie are close enough and charmant places for the evenings. Thank you !

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Trullo Primo. Julie and Mark were fabulous hosts. They live nearby and were very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations. The property was equipped with all we needed and very clean. The air con, plenty of fans and the design of the building meant it was cool and comfortable with a large open plan living space and kitchen. The bedrooms are all off a central space with curtains or screens. This was fine for us as a family of 5 with adult children. If you want more privacy or large bedrooms then maybe it’s not for you. The outdoor space was lovely. Plenty of different spaces to sit if you want sun or shade. You definitely need a car as it’s a rural and blissfully quiet setting. We spent a mixture of days exploring Puglia visiting both coastlines, Lecce, Ostuni, Matera, Alberobello and lots of pretty towns. We also had days at the Trullo relaxing by the pool. A super holiday which we all enjoyed.

Wir,2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem süßen Trullo Primo. Die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gepflegt und gestaltet und wir haben vielen Pooltage und Grillabende genossen. Der Trullo liegt abseits in sehr idyllischer Lage (Feigenbäume und Mandelbäume und vieles Strände und Orte zum bummeln sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind ganz herzlich und freundlich und man fühlt sich pudelwohl. mehr)

Nice comfortable Trullo , 20 km to Ostuni

A nice Trullohouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 with bunkbed. We stayed there the last 2 weeks of August . Located in very peaceful surroundings near Ostuni. (Ca 20 minutes by car) The house has everything one needs and more. It has been a joy to come “home” after a day exploring the region. Using the swimmingpool, eating figs directly from the trees and especially the quiteness. There are nasty mosquitos but with DEET from home you won t be bothered and you can sit and eat outside. There is a big table outside next to a big BBQ.. The region is fantastic! You can visit Bari , Brindisi, Ostuni, Locorotondo but also more south Galipoli. In 30 minutes you can put up your beachumbrella on a sandy beach near Specchiola . I recommand a very good restaurant at the beach : Dentro-mare in Specchiola . The local agent Francesco is very helpfull. It is a terrific house in a nice region.

Beautiful trullo home in a peaceful rural setting.

Everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the be sun Close to Brindisi and a good location for touring the region. Well appointed house with everything we could possibly need. Friendly and helpful agent nearby. Recommended!

Nice relaxing holiday in a Trullo

This is a really nice place to holiday. We found the whole accommodation fantastic and the facilities superb. With the space available we could relax in the quiet surroundings and having the pool meant we could cool down without having to share with others. The bedrooms were nice and cool in the Trullo part of the property and the living room / kitchen area was plenty big enough for us to relax in the evening when the heat of the day go too much. Also there are plenty of places to sight see, so there was never a dull moment for us. Highly recommended.

We found the trullo to be immaculately presented and very well equipped for our stay. The location is tranquil and rustic but is close to many towns of interest. Personally i would avoid Alberobello -v touristy and head for ostuni or martina f. Figs were fresh when we were there -lovely for breakfast.
