From the moment you walk in the door you will be greeted with all the luxuries for home plus so much more. This king bed will ensure you drift off to dream land and wake up refreshed for another day of getting your toes in the sand. When it’s time to rise and shine, slide open the curtains and let in the natural glow from the sliding glass doors which lead to the balcony as you get ready for a new day. The primary bathroom has plenty of counter space and has a bathtub and shower combination.

Crystal Shores West is your vacation destination. There are televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi throughout the building. If you decide to spend the day lounging on the beach enjoy a boardwalk leading you past the dunes and to the sugar white sand. You could also choose to spend the day basking in the sun by the outdoor pool and hot tub, or in the comfort of the shade of the indoor pool. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables outside in the common areas and a game room, as well as fitness center.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and this is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted and a 2-car parking limit per condo is strictly enforced. Monthly rentals are available.

The Crystal Shores West HOA will be overseeing a major construction project to restore the breezeways and decks, with preparation and construction activities expected to take place from October 12th through early November. During this time, guests should expect loud and dusty conditions around the building, including construction noises such as grinding, jackhammering, and other heavy construction activity. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect the anticipated impact of this HOA construction, and no additional discounts or adjustments will be offered due to construction-related conditions.
