Hamptons Style Beachside Retreat with Brilliant Ocean Views!

With spectacular ocean views through the Surfers Parade Reserve, this delightful property has just been renovated in Hamptons coastal style. The attention to detail is wonderful. We love the copper sink mixer and black sink, the blue tiled new bathroom with black fittings, the combustion stove, the views from the two main bedrooms, the kid's bedroom with TV and beanbags, the baboon wall and fire pit in the back yard, and many other fabulous features.

The living area and bedrooms enjoy views of the winter playground of many whales (between May and October). Sit in front of a cosy wood fire and watch the whales frolic. Located at the quiet end of Newell Avenue, you can walk to the beach in under two minutes.

The property has all modern comforts including split system air conditioning, a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, instant gas hot water, two big screen TVs, NBN WiFi Internet, Netflix and combustion stove.

The rear yard is fully enclosed for pets and kids. There is an undercover verandah, an outdoor shower, a gas BBQ and a big firepit. There are double gates to the side of the house if you wish to park your car and boat. Alternatively, you can park in the long driveway.

The property sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is:
Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 1 Bunk bed (sleeps two people)

Please note that the property sleeps up to 5 adults only (the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults).

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

In addition to the secure fencing, there is a lawn in the backyard for your pets to enjoy. Like all pet let properties, your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside!

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
