Whether you enjoy swimming, lounging, biking, fishing or tubing this is the place for you. Enjoy panoramic views of the water & sky. Visit local restaurants, attend concerts on the green, tennis, golfing, biking, dining, shopping just 5 minutes from your door. Minutes from downtown Fairfield, Metro North, I-95 and 1 hour from Manhattan. This beautiful furnished beach front home contains 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 6 people, kitchen, flat screen TV in living room. Parking for 3-4 cars depending on size of vehicles. Wireless internet access!! Connecticut also offers Wineries, Breweries, Casinos and Outlet Shopping. There are multiple venues for the outdoorsmen for hiking, bird watching. The kids will love The Beardsley Zoo and The Discovery Museum in nearby Bridgeport.

Beautiful Location

This is a great spot on a beautiful beach with an excellent view. You can’t beat waking up and walking right out onto the sand. The home was clean and well maintained.

Very happy

Perfect setting, great location! Cottage was very clean, updated. My family and I enjoyed our visit immensely! Even our dog enjoyed his beach walks! Loved being on the beach! The hosts Paul and Julie were very responsive to inquiries, thank you!

Perfect location, charming beach cottage

Adorable cottage for our weeklong stay on the beach in Fairfield! Everything works and the location can’t be beat! Extra appreciated the washer and dryer and bags of ice in the freezer. Quiet and friendly neighbors and beautiful sunsets. Thank you Julie and Paul!

Can't get any closer to the water!

Cute, clean, comfortable cottage directly on Long Island sound. Living room has charming fireplace and comfy seating areas although you'll spend most of your time outside on the patio enjoying the direct water views!

Great summer vacation!

It’s even better than the pictures. Cottage is well laid out, comfortable, and feels bigger than its size, and you couldn’t be closer to the water. Downtown Fairfield and access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc is less than 2 miles away. My boys and I had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

A slice of heaven!

A special place. So lovely and charming to be shared with friends. The view is spectacular. I will be back it was beyond my wildest dreams. A wonderful stay with great memories. .I loved it dog was in heaven like me!!!

Moms & Friend

Our moms and friend had a wonderful stay at the house. Our mother-in-law used to live in Fairfield County, and has since moved out-of-state. It was like being on a true vacation since the house is on the beach. Everyone enjoyed themselves!

A little bit of paradise

This is my third year staying at this property. I have friends that live around the area so it is a nice quiet private space to reconnect. Paul the host is always quick to respond to any concerns I may have while staying. My dog Angel is in heaven literally 5 steps to the water . The beach and people are so kind and friendly. Love it!

Quaint cottage in a fabulous location

The owner responded quickly to my requests and was accommodating. It is beachfront and has all you need. We enjoyed grilling, swimming, sunning and beach combing daily. It is cozy, not fancy but cute. Walking distance to Penfield beach and Deli but you may want to stock the fridge and just sit on your own beachfront. My only negatives, small areas of the cottage could use a spruce up, like the toilet and bathroom vanity. Although many things seem renovated and nice, like the paint, walls and carpeting. I loved how the cottage is stocked with some useful things like utensils, towels and laundry detergent but my one suggestion is this should be more selective. When I checked in there was an almost empty bottle of gin in the freezer, a couple food items in the fridge , a magazine ( addressed to a guy named Art from Texas) on the nightstand and some other random items around that detracted from the fabulousness of this spot. Very close to perfect.

Best kept secret

I almost hate to write this review because I want to keep this gem a secret!! I had never traveled to the Connecticut shore despite having lived in Ct my whole life. The location was perfect!! It felt like we had our own private beach with the jetty and lighthouse close by. The home was cozy and clean with beautiful views. Some of the windows in the kitchen looked onto the next door neighbors patio but we solved that problem by having friends rent that property as well! This property will forever hold a place in our hearts as my boyfriend proposed at low tide during our stay!! 💗 Highly recommend!

Decent little place right on the beach!

We stay at rentals frequently and I thought this place was decent. We had issues with cleanliness but the owners responded immediately and sent a housekeeper over same day. One bed left us looking forward to sleeping in our own bed, but besides that, the place met our needs & you can’t beat its location. Neighbors were nice on one side and rental house next door is very very close (caution if you want privacy) but we never had an issue with that aspect. Bring water shoes - you’ll be happy you did!

Summer vacation

Great location & Great view. Cottage needs updating and a more detailed cleaning. Very small but would be fine with a renovation. Parking with the unit next door is not defined and we found ourselves moving cars for them way to many times! Thanks for allowing us in your home!
