Step into this gorgeous, REMODELED 1 bedroom with Bunk Room/ 2 FULL bath condo! With modern decor and amazing floors throughout, you will love relaxing here! The beautiful white kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and seating for your guests at the island. There is additional pub style seating just steps away, and your kitchen comes stocked with every small appliance and utensil you could need. Start your day enjoying coffee in the living area, which has HUGE windows that overlook the Gulf Shore beach. There is a large Smart flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights, and ample seating for all of your guests including a sleeper sofa and a standard size sofa. Enjoy our full-size Arcade game in our Condo with Pac-man, Galaga and other Arcade games. There are Adirondack chairs, as well as a dining set, on the balcony- so end your day enjoying the sunset with friends and family!!

The Master bedroom features a King bed, with a large flat screen TV, a NEW ceiling fan and your own en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and a large vanity area. The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds and a door for privacy. It even has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids or adults. It also has its own FULL bathroom attached and this is where you will also find the full size, new front loading Washer and Dryer. There is a Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living area as well.

The condo is equipped with a UV air purifier integrated into the AC system, helping to eliminate allergens, dust, and germs while improving overall air quality.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area, along with World Famous Top Golf and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax $81.00.

This unit has its very own RESERVED same floor parking space! Linens are included, so everything you could need for a great vacation is here- you will want to return again and again!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

The renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
