Stay for three nights or longer, enjoy a private two bedroom one bathroom home with kitchen and dining room that will make you feel right at home. During the cold winter nights the living room is picture perfect for a fire in the gas fireplace, while watching a movie on the flat screen TV. This home is very special and we know you will enjoy your stay. Santa Fe is an amazing city, don't wait book your stay, we will see you soon.


Santa Fe is located in the high desert at approximately 7000 ft. surrounded by 3 mountain ranges. Rich in culture and diversity, it offers the best of both city life and the natural world: fine restaurants, art galleries, museums, shopping, numerous festivals, theater, opera, live music, tennis, golf, hiking trails, petroglyphs, bird watching, winter sports and big sky; all right in or just outside of town. A short drive will bring you to hot springs, Native American Pueblos, downhill and cross country skiing / snowboarding, river rafting, horseback riding and fishing. Pack a lunch and take a day trip to Taos, Jemez Springs, Ojo Caliente, Bandelier National Monument, Tsankawi, Chaco Canyon, Georgia O'keefe's Ghost Ranch, Turquoise Trail and much more. Please note there are now a limited amount of direct flights to the Santa Fe Municipal Airport. The Albuquerque Sunport is the next closest airport at about 52 miles away.

Awesome location and accommodations

Loved the layout and location. Walking distance to Santa Fe plaza and shopping and restaurants. We only used our car 1 day for further locations. Then you for a wonderful stay, weā€™ll be back.

Great place, great location!

This is a brand new house that was very well decorated and furnished. An easy walk to the plaza or the rail yard. Also, back gate let you have walking access to the Devarhas shopping complex. Easy to get groceries and supplies. Vero did a great job making sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful and Inviting Property

This property is beautiful and just as pictured. It is tastefully decorated and feels homey and warm. There is lot of natural light and a very cozy patio space. This was a short trip for my husband and I, but we felt so comfortable that we wish we could have stayed longer. The only minor issue is that parking is tight. My very large SUV barely fit and getting out was a bit tricky. However, the location was very convenient and most properties in the area are tight on parking space. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Veronica was very communicative and made sure we got checked in and settled. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the downtown Santa Fe area or looking for a long-term rental.

Great stay during Christmas ā€˜22

Veronica was amazing and she has a cute, modern and functional property near the historical district. Short walk to all the restaurants and shopping near the downtown plaza. Struggled with the car parking with the narrow roads but made the best of it.

Santa Fe hideout

Amazing place within walking distance to historic downtown Santa Fe. My girlfriend and I absolutely enjoyed all 6 days of our stay. The only negative for me ( I'm a sports fanatic) was not being able to watch live sports/ game on the TV. We spent many hours watching our games at BOXCAR an awesome sports bar with great food.

A Beautiful Property, Great Location and Perfect for Remote Work

Veronica's beautiful property was perfect for remote work. Before we powered up our laptops we enjoyed early morning walks over to the plaza. In the evenings quick drives took us to the opera and dinner. Veronica was extremely responsive to our inquiries, and showed us a few tricks that helped us successfully navigate the door locks mentioned in other reviews. We never gave up on parking inside the gated four unit "compound". We allowed a few extra minutes, practiced our backing skills, and were thankful for backup cameras. We so enjoyed our time at this beautifully designed and decorated property. Veronica is a thoughtful and kind host!

Great Place...make sure you make check in arrangements first!

Hi there, The place is clean and comfortable. Make sure you arrange check-in with the manager. They have to let you in a big gate in order to access the property. We left that to the last minute. Our bad. Then know you do need to back out a long driveway from the parking area. This can be uncomfortable for some people. It was perfect for our stay. Maria

Light filled unit, and an excellent Location for walking

This was our second long term rental for this property. The unit is easily walkable to the plaza, the Rail Yard, and to a shopping mall with two grocery stores. This unit is light filled and airy with many windows, yet very private. The kitchen is very large, but NOT sufficiently stocked if you do any cooking. We knew this after our first stay and actually brought pots and pans, cooking knives and many other kitchen items with us for our second visit. The unit is securely gated but parking is very tight and would be a challenge with a large car or truck. Checkins for both our visits have been a challenge as the property manager seems unable to provide the correct access codes for either the gate (first visit) or the front door (second visit). This is quite annoying if youā€™ve been traveling for may days and just want to get into the unit upon arrival without any hassles. My suggestion is that once you are given the access codes, to communicate with the owner a day before to verify that the access codes are correct. She does respond quickly and lives in the complex of 3 units. Knowing the limitations but loving the unit and the location, we would gladly stay here again for an extended period.

No place to park, long narrow street that you have to back up

We quickly forgot the wait of over hour to enter the house as the door code we were given was incorrect. The manager was nice and apologetic over the phone. However this condo is at the end of a LONG dead end street, that even our small rent car could not turn around in, and despite claim of on site parking - unless you drive a mini sub compact, be prepared for to park blocks away or back up that long narrow, dark street at night.
