cosy home at Philip island for family retreats and pet friendly

Reviewer Comments: we recommend this property highly. good location for relaxing, not to far from shops, and beaches. it has boat parking facility, and lockable yard for our dog. tidy home that caters for large families.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good property for a short stayGood for car parking and boat parking Good home for pets with locked up yard facility.Hot water facilities need to be addressed though,as it runs out of hot water quite quickly. If 2 or 3 people have a shower during the morning the rest of the guest run out of hot water. This home is supposed to facilitate 8 guests. By the afternoon the water is slightly warm. Especially if you wash dishes during the day and run the washing machine as well. It appears to have a night timer on it where it heats up only over night.

Backyard is good too. There is a playground walking distance to the house which is great. Would recommend.

Plenty of space and good amenities, but could have been cleaned better, dirty cups and crumbs on the grill. But once we thoroughly cleaned everything enjoyed the property,
