Our villa is a 400 m² private property with its own swimming pool and garden, and we strive to offer it at a very competitive price compared with much smaller hotel rooms in the same area. We understand that value is measured not only by size, but also by the overall guest experience, and we are sorry that the first villa did not meet your expectations. As soon as you shared your concerns, we immediately arranged to move your family to another villa because your comfort was our priority. We are glad that you found the second property cleaner and more enjoyable. Regarding the humidity and mildew you noticed, villas located just steps from the beach in a tropical coastal climate face constant challenges from high humidity and salty sea air. We carry out regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and restoration work, but these conditions can return quickly despite our best efforts. While we continuously improve the property, it is unfortunately very difficult to eliminate these effects. Similarly, because the villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and features an open, airy layout, insects can occasionally find their way indoors, especially if doors are left open in the evening. We have routine professional pest control throughout the property, but in a tropical environment it is impossible to guarantee that insects will never appear. For this reason, we always recommend keeping doors closed at night. Finally, after your departure, you contacted us requesting a refund for your first night's stay. We responded positively and expressed our willingness to issue a refund for that first night. However, we unfortunately did not receive any further reply from you, so we were unable to complete the process. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our villas and the experience we provide.
