The house was very nice. It was clean and organized. The outdoor space was great. The neighborhood was safe. We regularly walked to the grocery store up the street. It was a safe walk with sidewalks. My bed was clean and comfortable and the bedding was cotton as opposed to polyester which I find to be so uncomfortable. My family was impressed by my choice of rental and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It felt like it was someone's home that was cared about and not just some random thrown together space.
Very nice outdoor space.

Wonderful property, conveniently located to San Drancisco, and suburban shopping malls and restaurants. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We would stay there again.

Had fun time

Great locality and good stay. Communication with host bit delayed, but didn't affect our plan. Would prefer water pressure or flow better in shower. It just took longer so not sure whether the low pressure and flow saves any water at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable home in nice area

I stayed in this home for two nights while my daughter participated in an equestrian competition at Stanford. The neighborhood is very nice with many nearby restaurants.The home was very clean and well stocked with some basic items, such as coffee and water. The bathrooms have Costco shampoo/conditioner and they are good quality. The neighborhood is great for walking.The host was quick to respond to any questions and my stay was pleasant.The outdoor area is very nice, but, due to the rain and cold, we didn't use the amenities.

Fantastic home

We had a great stay at the home! It was a perfect location for visiting family nearby. Bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed having the backyard for our dog and the hot tub was a great plus! We would definitely enjoy staying here again

Beautiful, peaceful retreat

Absolutely beautiful home. Great location. Our host was very polite and responsive. Our stay was perfect. Comfortable and relaxing. We felt like it was our home away from home. Everything, inside and out was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Upstairs is a great family room to play games, watch movies. The backyard is a lush, peaceful retreat. Very ZEN. Great for hanging out, grilling, watching movies. Very quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was wonderful. We definitely would recommend and hope to stay again in the near future.

Nice location

We weren't prepared for the disrepair we found. No one had prepped the property for our stay. The kitchen had flooded. Fuel was out on the firepit, which made us not check the hot tub or bbq grill due to dirty environments around them. I had to replace batteries in one of the tv remotes. There was no guest book. Nice place, but there was a lot left undone. Bathrooms had loose fixtures

Spacious House Needs Updates and Better Amenities

The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood with easy access to SF and the South Bay. It's pretty spacious with high-vaulted ceilings, a nice layout and an outdoor area. There are a few things that can be improved: - Shower handles in both bathrooms come off during use. - No laundry access, despite the listing. PM responded saying it's only for long-term rentals. - The yard TV shows an error code and doesn't work. - Not enough towels for a group of six. - No AC, which can be uncomfortable during a heatwave. Overall, decent location but property shows signs of age and amenities don't fully match listing description.

Redwood Shores Close to San Carlos

My family and I stayed here together as a place to be together/relax before and after my grandmas funeral/celebration of life. The house was clean, dog friendly, and the hot tub was a major plus. The enclosed backyard was a big selling point. That said, the house was missing some basic things (working tvs, lights were out, and a sponge was missing from the kitchen so we went to buy one ourselves). When I notified the owner about the tvs, they were responsive but pretty unhelpful. It was clear they didn’t really care or want to be bothered and said someone wouldn’t be able to check until after our stay. These things seems trivial but when you are experiencing a traumatic event and paying $2500 you expect these things to work (or at least apologize when they don’t). I wouldn’t normally write any of this in a review but I didn’t feel like the owner met my expectations. I would recommend the place if you were only looking for a place to stay, but don’t expect everything to work.

Comfortable Home In Great Location

Husband and I stayed for over a month with little dog. House was clean, comfortable and had everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable. Owner was responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

Entertainer’s Backyard

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Comfortable, clean and easy communication with the owner. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Christmas 🎄2022

We had an excellent stay! The host was very friendly and professional! The house was spotless and we really loved that! Definitely will recommend to families and friends!! We had a roughly start at SFO but finding this house helped us turn things around! We grilled out, Cooked, even used the Jacuzzi!! It was a family time at its best!! Thanks! The Islams!! By the way, DO NOT leave any valuables in your car while you are out and about! Thank you 🙏!!

Home away from Home for Christmas

My wife and I along with our dog stayed in this home for about a week over Christmas 2021 and it was a perfect home away from home for the holidays. The house is great for entertaining as the backyard, bbq area, and jacuzzi are awesome!!! The location is was centrally located for our purposes and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and check in was smooth with the lockbox. All in all we had a great stay and I would reccomend to family and friends.

Quiet house perfect for a business trip

I rented this property to spend a couple of days with my coworkers. This property has several good options for a small group to congregate. We were able to have a group Zoom call in the upstairs area. And we enjoyed sitting out back at the fire table in the evenings for dinner. The propane tank for the fire table ran out during the first night so I messaged the property manager who quickly sorted out the matter for us. The location is also excellent. Within walking distance to the public trails around the bay. If we need to rent a house in this area again I'll check on this property first.

Wonderful home in great neighborhood

My husband and I came up to see our kids who live in the Bay Area. This was the perfect home for it. It is a beautiful property with a lovely kitchen and loft area for relaxing and watching tv. The backyard was gorgeous and we loved the seating area. We didn’t have a chance to use the barbecue, but it’s brand new and looks wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom was beautiful and newly redone. And what a lovely neighborhood with walking paths next to the water. We will definitely be back when we visit again.
