B By the Sea! Stunning home in Olivia Beach with ocean views from 3 levels!

B By the Sea was completed during Summer 2016, and is now available for your coastal get-a-ways! This spacious and beautiful home has gorgeous ocean views from all three levels. This home was designed with a reverse living floor plan, to maximize the views from the top floor living space, where you'll find the kitchen & living room. When you enter the home, you will find a media room perfect for the kids and adults! There is a flat screen cable tv/dvd, gas fireplace, sofa bed, play area for the kids, bar with access to the wrap around porch and hot tub. Also on this floor, is a guest room with a king bed (brand new mattresses throughout home...super comfortable!), full bath, and laundry room. On the middle level, you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The Bunk Room has two twin beds and a ful/queenl bed. The kids love this room! The Guest Room has a king bed, flat screen tv, and French doors leading out to the wrap around deck, complete with rocking chairs for taking in the sun and views. The Master bedroom also has a king bed and French doors leading out to the wrap around deck, and full bath. The top floor offers beautiful views, an open kitchen/dining area with table and island seating, living room, and powder room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. The living room has a flat screen Roku tv with dvd player, and gas fireplace. The top deck has a grill, table and chairs, and beautiful sunset views!
Outside, you will find a fire pit and garage with roof top deck, also with ocean views. Olivia Beach currently has two parks. The lower park is just a few minutes walk away from the house. This park has a sand volleyball court, playground, grass area with picnic tables, and fire pit. The second park has just recently opened and is right across the street from our home! This park offers a small grass area & play structure. There will also be a fire pit, but it is not ready just yet. There is also beach access which leads to beautiful tidal pools filled with marine life! Olivia Beach also offers a swimming pool, which is open during summer months. There is a small gym which is available year round. Our family has done our best to think of everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the Oregon Coast!
Check out the town of Lincoln City, shop the outlets (about a three minute drive from the house), golf/spa at Salishan, hit the casinos, so much to see and do!
