• A vehicle is required to access local amenities and explore the area comfortably.
• The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
• ⚠️ Pre-Authorization Damage Deposit Hold
To ensure coverage for any potential incidentals or damages during your stay, Bush to Bay Holiday Stays will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your credit card two days before check-out.
This is a standard hospitality practice and serves as a placeholder for any additional charges before final billing.
Important: A pre-authorization hold is not a charge—it simply reserves funds temporarily. If no incidental costs or damages occur, the hold will be released after check-out, depending on your bank’s processing time.
