Excellent location in charming Snowmass Village. Very short walk to restaurants and shops up and down the hill. The local market was a longer walk (15 mins) or a short drive (about 4-5 mins). The unit was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had many useful tools and lots of dishware, especially for our family who likes to cook/grill lots of meals. Convenient gas grill on the balcony! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs located on site. Beds were comfortable and the space felt very adequate for our family of 5. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit in Snowmass for a family with kids as it checks LOTS of boxes while not being overpriced like many properties in Aspen city limits.

Great location and clean!

Great for our family of 4, right on the slopes. Nice pool and hot tub. Management very responsive to the few questions that I had!

Excellent vacation!

For the most part, kitchen, bathrooms & patio are superb.Beds not too firm, like the King & Queen beds. Plenty of twin beds to choose from,so it worked for us.Everything was clean & great location!Condo has wood floors,so it is very clean!

Great condo for ski trip

Great condo for family ski trip! Condo had everything we needed. Perfect location and true ski in ski out. Easy walk to Snowmass Village and Mall and all the restaurants. Would book again. Management very responsive to requests and friendly.

Gorgeous getaway

Everything was so organized and easy to follow. The pdf of info was very helpful and we used it the whole time. There was no water the first day which was very inconvenient but they offered to do the dishes, flush toilets, brought extra paper goods and waters…so helpful and timely!! We loved it and def recommend maroon bells and the grottos and farmers market .

Perfect!

Perfect spot for a summer vacation! Great location, right next to the gondola, and walking distance to everything you want to do in Snowmass. We had everything we needed (and more!) and the iTrip staff were very helpful and responsive. Seriously no complaints. We loved the updates/recent renovation - felt like a LUXURY condo! We will stay here again!

Excellent

The location was absolutely perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the reservation process was easy and the checkout procedure was very simple. We only had one issue, the microwave doesn't seem to work, it wasn't a problem but should be fixed. Having a wood burning fireplace -vs- the normal gas fireplace was an added bonus.

Shadowbrook 205

We had the most amazing trip !! The condo was spectacular it really had all we needed . Kitchen , towels , appliances , jacuzzi, beds, Pillows, perfect location for ski in and ski out we really did not need a car or the shuttle . The website and attention throughout was extraordinary . Instructions easy to follow and we are already thinking about next year dates! Thank you for everything !!!

Family vacation to the mountains to hike

It was nice, great location within Snowmass, right between the 2 shopping and restaurant areas. The grounds of Shadowbrook and the pool area were really well kept. We enjoyed the condo, it was as pictured, clean, with the exception of the balcony area that needed some attention. They did offer to come clean it, but we overlooked it and did enjoy sitting out there. The 3 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space to spread out for a family of 5 traveling with grown young adult children was great. Would recommend!

With the location of the Shadowbrook being below the Village Mall and above the Base Village, you can choose which you would like to go to easily. Our company prides itself on cleanliness and being ready for arrival, so I apologize about the deck but we are always ready to rectify any situation that could arise. Just what we needed

We were immediately at home. The location and privacy were perfect for our needs ( 3 adults, 2 kids 12 & 14). We also got some well needed tips for the surrounding area (ex how to do Maroon Bells) before our trip began. We will definitely be back. I’m so thankful for the memories. We found some pickle ball courts nearby too. Try it. It’s super fun! Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful stay!

The Shadowbrook condo met and went beyond our expectations. Instructions for our arrival and departure were clear and concise. The location to the bus stops was great and buses were incredibly on time to the minute! The kitchen was supplied with any thing we could have possibly needed. We initially had a problem with the power to the refrigerator. After a note to management, maintenance arrived within 10 minutes to solve the problem. We would highly recommend a vacation stay at this property!
