World’s Fair Charm -Two Story 3 bdrm

This house is equipped with all the essentials needed for a home-away from home experience. A security system, smart TVs, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, dining room seats 6, access to washer, dryer, toiletries, and hair blow dryer.

Guest Access & Security:
All approved guests will have complete private access to the entire house, check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. There is street parking, you will also have access to detached garage for parking. There is an alarm system and ring system on the property.

House Rules:
This home has been carefully outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+
- Pets are not permitted in or on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests – if more guests are expected please add them to the reservation
- No Parties or Events
- Nothing can be taped, attached to walls, ceilings or hung from light fixtures
- Non-wear and tear damage that occurs during your stay will be deducted from your damage insurance
- Quiet time is 10pm – 9am (including weekends) We want to be respectful to our neighbors, keep music and voices down during quiet hours
- Outdoor areas are off limits after 10pm
- Inventory is taken before and after each stay. Please do not remove any items from the home – you will be charged if items are removed or missing

We live close by, but we are unobtrusive hosts and respect your privacy. We truly value you as our guest, and we are available by cell/text if you should need anything during your stay! We can accommodate many last minute request, ie: lawn chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.
