My little villa at the TOP OF LOS FELIZ is my home most of the year while I run West Hollywood’s hottest little bistro, the WeHo Bistro. When I travel, I sometimes open my home so that others can enjoy this amazing place.

Located on a beautiful street near the Griffith observatory, there are hiking trails thru Griffith Park just steps away. Located just off highway 5, you can be downtown or in the valley in just minutes.

If you enjoy walking around looking at expansive views over Los Angeles, then this place is made for you. From every spot in this home, you simply open your eyes and you feel that you live at the top of the world. Access beautiful south facing decks, with airliner views of the city, from every room in the house. Looking westward, you can easily see the ocean in the distance. Amazing views include Century City, Palos Verdes, downtown LA, and even Glendale in the East. Most days you can see the outline of Catalina island, nearly 40miles south.

The main floor of this Spanish villa is for entertaining. An entrance that will take your breath away you as soon as you enter. And it will continue to mesmerize you throughout your stay.
The living room is tastefully decorated with a 70” tv, a sparkling glass fireplace, and a full body massage chair. The living area, the dining room and the kitchen, all lead to a long beautiful terrace where you will be spending much of your home-time gazing at the views. The main floor also has a full guest bathroom with a shower. Next to the entrance there is an extra room that can be an office or extra bedroom. There is a sound system throughout the house and it is controled from this room.

Upstairs there are 2 main bedrooms, both with double French doors that open to a fabulous 40” long terrace that stretches between the 2 bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub with picture windows overlocking Glendale in the east.

The terrace adjoining the 2 bedrooms is the perfect place to enjoy truly glorious sunsets. And you will find yourself waking up at 6am to enjoy sunrises like you probably haven’t seen before.

Downstairs, below the house, is a guest apartment. Stephanie & Johnny live there. They will be helping you with check-in and out and with anything that you might need during your visit. On this lower level is a shared jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and gas bbq. The jacuzzi is another great place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

The house is naturally cooled by a breeze from the ocean 15miles away. Especially from 3-7pm everyday. So you will rarely find need to use the central AC.
