Love the property. We hope we can book it for the same time next year. Only one complaint. We are beach and pool people, everyday. The pool at the Kingfisher was closed for a few days. No pool at this location butt guest have access to Kingfisher pool. Very disappointed it was closed the last few days of our stay. Easy check in, easy check out.

The stay was good, we enjoyed our stay. Had to go buy a few things to be able to be able to do everything for the checkout process. Over all it was a good stay would recommend it!

Didn’t realize the totes left af the door had extra towels for the room until the day we were checking out. They sat in the hall outside the room the whole time. Thought they belonged to someone else because it had a dirty towel on top of them.

Love the Location

Location is within walking distance to everything in Garden City. Beautiful oceanfront with big balcony and very quiet! Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place

Place was convenient to beach and pier. Everyone was helpful with check in, and any issues we had. Only issue was with the keyless entry, but got resolved very quickly. Very clean and would stay there again.

Clean, quiet, perfect place to vacation

Spring Rally Bikeweek

My mother stayed at the location. She enjoyed the closeness to the Garden City Pier and the deck overlooking the ocean. The only concern was adequate lighting to see the door keypad. The keys do light up upon touching them but they are very small. She ended up using a small flashlight to see the keys.

2023 Bike week

It was a great location with a wonderful view of the water and the garden city pier. The only complaints I have are they were no cleaning products left in the unit to clean with, on check out they wanted us to start the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher detergent and they only gave us one parking permit when you can have up to six people in the unit. Other than that we had a great stay in.

Great with minor issues

The unit dryer had no door and the light in hall bathroom worked less than half the time. Also, hard to park all week when a huge passenger van fromMaryland took up half the driveway all week :(

I was very pleased with the location and the overall amenities of the unit. My only complaint is that the cleaning of the unit, before our arrival ,could have been better. The area rug in front of the sofa was wet, a white towel had been placed in the floor in front of the sliding door, I assume because of water from the outside. The rug should have been removed because by the time we left, it had a distinct musty soured odor. I turned the corner of the rug back to let the floor underneath it dry . The flooring will be ruined if this continues. Also , there was a pile of sand/dirt behind and under the containers left in the hallway(towels/sheets) I assumed they had been sat down on the ground outside and the sand was on the bottom of them. Also, the shower in the ensuite shower had some long black hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Both myself and my BF have cleaned houses for years . If we had done things like this, we would lose customers. I have pictures on my phone , if you would like to see what I'm talking about. I did make a note about this in the guestbook Hoping this helps to make the cleaning better in the future. Otherwise , totally enjoyed our stay. I really like Garden City.

Great vacation on a budget

The whole condo was very clean. We loved the deck and the deck furniture! Some amenities need to be updated. Mainly the microwave--it wouldn't even pop a bag of popcorn.
