Pros: Great location, minutes from the beach (note that the Private sign pictured in the instructions to find the beach changed a bit). Short biking distance from Commercial Street. Del Mar was communicative. VRBO customer service was great!Cons: Mold odor and visible mold, but the platform won’t let me post the full story for some reason.

Such a lovely property! Very clean and well maintained. Close enough to downtown to walk there but far enough away that the neighborhood felt quiet and cozy

Excellent choice

This unit has everything I anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms are large with many windows and very comfortable beds. The bath is nicely tiled with a washer/dryer for use. It is situated far enough away from the busy town center, yet an easy bike ride or walk to it. I would definitely stay there again.

Great home!

We had a wonderful time in the home! Super comfy beds, equipped kitchen, very clean, great a/c- which was awesome during a couple of VERY hot days. Arrival instructions were clear and simple, as were the departure instructions. I was a little worried about the bathrooms because none were shown in the photos, but they are modern and there’s a great shower too! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an extra bonus. The house is located in the farther east end, which is a great neighborhood, it’s a solid walk to the center of town, not a hard walk at all, but a good 20 mins, we always bring bikes to Ptown so that makes going into town quicker. The bay beach access was such a treat! We had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay at the house again

weekend get away

Great condo and location. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was missing some silverware as well as dinner plates. Dining area smoke detector didn't have a battery?? I would replace the living room leather chairs. The leather is literally peeling off. This is a nice condo, it just needs a few things addressed.

EAST END CONDO

PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND NEW, COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD, NEEDS A BIT MORE TO MAKE IT COZY (LAMPS, NOT JUST BRIGHT OVERHEAD LIGHTS, MORE DISHES, SERVING BOWLS, WOULD BE NICE IF LAUNDRY DETERGENT, SOAP AND BASICS PROVIDED. YARD NICE. FAR SIDE OF EAST END. NICE A QUIET BUT A GOOD BIKE RIDE TO TOWN.

Best bedrooms ever!

Four of us stayed in this lovely home. The bedrooms are huge with very comfortable king size beds, And a full bath upstairs is also fantastic with a giant shower and plenty of storage. I hate when there’s no place to leave my toiletries in the bathroom. The listing is a little confusing because it says it’s only a single bathroom but there’s actually a very small half bathroom on the first floor also. Walkers will love this place because it’s a good mile and a quarter to the beginning of the downtown area so you get in a half an hour walk each way. Nonwalkers will appreciate that the bus runs every half hour right outside of the home. The management company was very responsive to any questions that we had and I’d definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

We love the East End location of this simply appointed home, away from the hustle, bustle of downtown. The photos are accurate. We are very grateful that the manager accommodated our request for the use of free and clear cleaners and that she arranged for early check-in and check-out (one hour one each end). She also responded promptly to our request for a microwave which missing when we got here. A minor maintenance request was also taken care of in a timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the house is lovely. We feel compelled to report that the couch is of an unacceptable nature. It is totally worn out with large patches of missing fabric and frankly looks as if it were found on the side of the road. It really, really needs to be replaced. In our experience properties such as this have binders which list house rules (in this case they are listed in the checkin email) and give basic instruction on how to use appliances and such. In this home it would have been very helpful to have one because we did encounter issues with running the dishwasher and also accessing the Firestick on the TV. The dishwasher is of a style that is unfamiliar to us and the TV was only providing very basic stations. We called the manager about both issues a bit after 5 pm on a Saturday. Apparently that is considered outside of normal maintenance hours because she indicated that if we considered the situation an emergency she would put in a maintenance call, otherwise we’d have to wait until the next day (we were checking out then). My husband suggested that rather than asking the guests to decide what was an emergency, the management should respond promptly and as they saw fit to such requests. The manager then said she’d send out a maintenance person which we felt was appropriate. While we were waiting my husband found a YouTube video that explained how to access the Firestick and I found the model number of the dishwasher and downloaded the operation manual which had instructions on how to turn it on. We called the manager back and let her know we were all set. We get that this season has been very stressful due to the pandemic though it would have been more pleasant not to have to go to such lengths to figure out how to use these basic amenities. Overall we like this property and would come back. A bit of fine tuning on the customer service and a new couch will go a long way.

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The walk into town is substantial but you are spared the noise of downtown. I wish the living room had had a sofa (why only two armchairs in a place that sleeps 4?) and that the bedrooms had room darkening shades. I never slept past 6am. The beds themselves were very comfortable, but the sun rises early on the Cape in the summer!

Perfect Spot - Nice and Quiet

We stayed here over our wedding weekend and it was the perfect sanctuary. Just out of town from the hustle and bustle but still walkable with ample access to pedi cabs. Never seen a cleaner property and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Lovely place but beds were uncomfortable

King size bed was put on two twin platform and would force both people sleeping together. Made it tough to sleep.. Very small kitchen but made it work. Otherwise nice setup, clean. There wasn't a private deck, but a patio. The deck was up 4 flights of stairs shared amongst everyone. The owner of the property had a small dog that would constantly bark and we could hear it constantly.

Fall weekend getaway

Cozy condo on the east side of Provincetown. Walked everywhere so we didn’t need our car once we arrived. Quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Perfect for 4 people. Beds were very comfortable!
