Perfect vacation. The beach by the house is wonderful for walking. The house has everything you might need and is centrally located for beach hopping. Terrelle is easy to work with and we appreciated the ease of the car rental he arranged.

Terrelle was very punctual and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.The house is not in view of the beach and we had several problems with the house. This house was fine but if we return we will most likely stay in a different spot.

We were not aware of issues at the other the ac dripping which we corrected and No you can’t see the beach but the ocean is in view and only a minute walk and I’m sorry you gain the wrong information..thanks for interest with us

Beautiful and well-appointed house. Terrelle (caretaker) was easy to work with and made us feel welcome. Great location! Jimmy Beach is steps away and Tim's on the Bay has become one of our favorite stops - terrific mix of locals and those from afar.

Our experience at the Highland house was flawless. The location in our opinion is the best on the island. Terrell was amazing. We rented our car from him and he met us right at the airport. I really have nothing negative to say about this house. Entire process from beginning to end was very stress free.

I loved this home! So perfect for a get away! Steps from the beach. It was clean! I felt comfortable and safe!! Soooo close to the airport. I felt in the center of the island so it was easy to get around. Came with a rental car that made life soooo easy!! Had everything we needed. Completely recommend and would stay again!!

Second Stay

Very comfortable home. Welcoming, Clean, Stocked and Perfect location on the island. Second stay, and will book again next time on Exuma. Terrell the contact person on the island is great and ask him about renting a car. Thank you for sharing a wonderful place.

Good place at Exuma

The villa has everything a family could need. It's within walking distance to the beach and just a 15-minute drive from George Town. The decor is picturesque yet beach-inspired, and the appliances are new and functional. We really enjoyed our time there!

Steps to the beach!

Great location, close to the airport, easy to get around when you rent a car. Beach is beautiful, you can hear the waves when you sit on the porch. Quick response with any issues.

Beach view from the deck, less than a 100 steps from one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches I have witnessed. Loved the seclusion of it with only 4 houses Was a wonderful walk every morning, evening to sit and just listen to the power of the water. Restaurants are limited, grocery stores are ok, but you are on an island and part of the Bahamas. That’s the joy of it! NO Walmart, no 7-11. Real life. Anyways, house was lovely, Terrell was quick and always very responsive. Much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise.

Gorgeous Island

We loved our stay. Eugene and Terelle were great and very responsive and attentive to our needs and requests. The house is located on a beautiful beach, it is well equipped beach cottage. Very pleasant stay! Thank you!!

Was a nice stay

Was a nice quiet stay at the highland house. Terrell our house manager was more then accommodating with any issues or concerns we had through out the trip. He was a great resource and was always available when we needed him. Exuma is a great island with great people.

This house has everything you need. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a 2 bedroom.

Property was very clean. Warm atmosphere and great central location. TJ, our property manager was awesome.! Very attentive to your needs and aways makes himself available.

Beautiful House

House is beautifully decorated and steps from the beach! Terrelle the caretaker was awesome...he helped us with a rental car, masseuse and very responsive when I reached out to him. We will definitely be back!

A Gem !

This is my 3 rd time to Exuma and I love this Moss Town Beach location as it is right off the airport and the half way point in either direction!Eugene was very helpful and friendly, his place was perfect for us— well stocked, spacious, quaint, and private!You will not be disappointed!

Loved this house and the beach was so beautiful. House was full of everything we needed and Terelle was the best. He helped us with everything needed. You will love this house and location was perfect. This was our second trip and will definitely be back ne t year

Great stay at Highland House

Great property centrally located on a fantastic beach! We had a great time exploring both Great Exuma and Little Exuma. If you’re headed to the island, you have to check out Tropic of Cancer Beach, Hooper Bay, Jolly Hall, Pretty Molly Bay, and Forbes Hill. Rent a boat or book an excursion to explore Stocking Island and the sandbar. So many beautiful beaches to visit, it’s hard to fit them all into one vacation.

Beautiful Home and Location

The rental was in an ideal location, in the middle of the island. Close to prime deli which is our favorite grocery store on the island. The beach in front of the house is beautiful, it does have the most waves of all the beaches we went to . I prefer a calmer beach or bay, but hoopers bay and jolly hall beach are close. We beach hopped most of the time anyway. Terrell responds fast to any needs or questions. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot, Safe, and Comfortable

Stayed in Exuma for a week with my wife and young kids (3 and 6). This house was centrally located so we could drive to either end of the island easily and it was just a short drive away from the grocery stores. Felt incredibly safe in this location and had easy access to a great beach. Really loved our time on the island. The house is really unique and the property manager is incredibly prompt to address any questions you have.

A Quiet Place by Jimmy Hill Beach

The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma.

This highland house is so charming and beautiful. I enjoyed this place so much. The beach is close by in walking distance. Terrelle the house keeper was so helpful. The space was clean. They are even still making improvements but it is already really nice. Highly recommended.
