I was not onsite during Daniel’s visit. However, according to my management staff, Daniel was a very good guest and left the apartment in good condition. Daniel requested to extend his stay and we wished we could have accommodated his request, but the condo was already booked. Daniel is welcome back. We truly appreciated his business and hope to work with Daniel in the future. In reference to Daniel stating “cleaning is not included.” As with most Airbnb long-term rentals (Daniel stayed 1-month), cleaning is not included during your stay. The minimal cleaning fee that was charged during Daniel’s booking was to conduct a deep cleaning at the conclusion of his stay in preparation for the next guest, not daily maid service. In addition, it was mentioned in my advertising write-up that daily maid service was not included, but that cleaning can be arranged with my management company for an additional fee.
