Welcome to my artist retreat, close to the Macedon Ranges, Melbourne and the Airport and short drive to many other local attractions. This space has been thoughtfully decorated with art and furniture chosen very carefully to achieve a calm and restorative space. I hope you love this space as much as we do. Please feel free to utilize this space to be creative, and a base for your adventures within the region. Sunbury is very centrally located a short 20 minute drive to Melbourne Airport.

Sunbury is very centrally located a short 20 minute drive to Melbourne Airport, or alternatively this property is a 15 minute walk to the station for a bus direct to Melbourne Airport. V/Line train takes you to the city in 30-40 minutes. Sunbury is an easy 15 minutes to Mt Macedon, 40 minutes to Daylesford, and 1 hour to Geelong, Bendigo or Ballarat. Lucy’s Artist Retreat is within walking distance to the train station, and central to local parks, and local cafes, restaurants and bars in O’Shannassy street.

Lucy's Artist retreat is a self-contained property comprising of 3 bedrooms and large and well appointed living and kitchen areas. Living space provides a relaxing view the quiet neighbourhood treetops and has a beautifully efficient yet and relaxing gas log fire. Sunbury is a central hub for your stay in Melbourne, and visit to local attractions such as the Birthplace of the Ashes at Rupertswood ,for instance. Our property is situated in a quiet neighborhood however close enough to commute to all your holiday needs.

Edit: Please note that we are still accepting bookings amidst COVID-19 lockdown, and will consider longer term rental requests. The property contains most kitchen utensils one would need and all other basic household conveniences are provided if you are adhering to current Victorian state government health restrictions and self-isolation during this time. We are a short walk to the supermarket and local park.
