Welcome to "The Cove" a cozy home near the beach!
This cute bungalow is the perfect home away from home. You will have the entire house and yard all to yourself. It has two spacious bedrooms, a full bath and a 1/2 bath along with a large private fenced in backyard that includes an in-ground pool!

Enjoy included amenities: 4 adult bikes, golf clubs, WiFi, Smart TVs, Netflix, full size washer and dryer, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats and a fully stocked kitchen!

The Cove is close to the charming town of Dunedin with many restaurants, breweries and shops. The Pinellas trail for biking and walking is just across the street and a great way to get to Dunedin.
The water is only 3 blocks away, perfect for a spectacular Florida sunset!
Beautiful Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island state park are 10 mins by car. Pool Heater is available March through November. Smoke and drug free property.

Susan was a wonderful host and the cove was a nice home away from home!The home was very clean and lots of extra goodies throughout. I like the location because itā€™s not in a busy area but yet I could walk to downtown and the water because I walk every day. Decorated lovely cute and cozy yet had plenty of space. The pool was just right for cooling off!

Perfect location close to the bike trail for getting to downtown Dunedin. The street is quiet and the house is super comfy! It had everything we needed, including bikes, for an enjoyable long weekend. We'll be back!

Awesome little gem

We we blown away by the cove. It is near Clearwater and 3 minutes to Dunedin. Its location is perfect. Having a whole house with a private pool is nice. The house has everything you need, it is stocked very nicely. The only thing better is being right on the beach, but that has privacy limitations. The cove was very clean and well kept. There is a bike trail to ride the bikes on, right down the road. Stay at the cove, you will not be disappointed.

The Cove was very cozy, stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The sleeping quarters were a little tight for 2 adults, a teen, and older kid--but we really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were provided. We spent most of our time swimming, so it definitely had everything we needed!

Week at The Cove

Had an amazing time at The Cove. Lovely property with all you need for a relaxing holiday, either lounging around the pool or at the beach. The bikes made exploring the local area super easy. Would definitely highly recommend and stay again.

The perfect home away from home

Sue is so great! Her communication is quick! She is so accommodating. We landed earlier and she was super understanding. Any time we had questions, she was quick to answer. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The pool was amazing after our long days out! The house was so clean, and she had all information easy and accessible for the house. The location couldnā€™t be more perfect for adventures! This was such a well needed, perfect vacation. I could go on and on. Thank you Sue! Canā€™t wait to book again

Best things about this property. Top 5 in reverse order.5. Wonderful bonus space with great light for painting.4. Laundry and toilet separate in garage made it easy to keep sand out of the house.3. Swimming pool. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Pool has stairs and in-water seating which is awesome.2. Location. Walk to a Dunedin Bluejays game. 2 entry on Wednesday. Plenty of stuff a walk away. 1. Sue! The owner is delightful to work with and has the home well prepared for ocean-goers.

Pleasant stay

Property is well maintained and owner is very thoughtful with extras in the kitchen and bathroom in case you forget anything. The enclosed patio was really nice, we did not use the pool. Personally my only complaint was the bed was too soft for me and slept hot. Others may like that. Overall a very nice property!

The Cove

The Cove worked out perfectly! Really nice, well-kept place. Nice to enjoy breakfast Coffee in the screened-in porch by the pool. Rode our bikes up & down the Pinellas Trail, 120miles for the week. Close proximity to Dunedin was terrific! Short ride to waters edge to watch the sunset! It's all good!

Clearwater/Dunedin house

I stayed here 3 nights while visiting a friend who lives nearby. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped, and in a good location. It was excellent for my purposes. I did not use the pool or the bikes, but all looked good.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at The Cove very much. You will find everything you need and more. The house is very well equipped. We took the bikes for a ride to Dunedin. The trail is only two minutes away. It is nice to have the pool and the beautiful backyard. Sue was very helpful and easy to reach. We would love to come back!

THE COVE

We had an excellent stay at The Cove!! Including arrival and check out, we stayed 9 days... the Home is wonderful with great beachy decorations! The additional half bath helped us very much and was very pretty. The on property laundry was a super bonus. Sue was assume and communicated every step!! THANK YOU AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wonderful stay on a beautiful property!

Sue was very communicative on check in procedures. She also provided a handy book with further home instruction & local info- so helpful! Everything you need and more! The pool was so refreshing after a long day in the sun. Having our own grill to cook up fresh seafood from the market was also a plus+ Charming lil screened in patio was a relief from evening mosquitos & fun little lizards that popped by to say hello! Overall the whole family enjoyed our stay at The Cove. Thank you Sue! Weā€™ll be returning again ā˜€ļø

Great place to stay

Perfect end to our 13 day Florida trip - 5 night stay here just relaxing before flying home. House very well laid out, original features, very comfortable and has everything you could think of as well as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. A lovely maintained pool and pool area. Dunedin town is great, lovely area nice eateries. Whilst we headed into Clearwater too, we preferred Dunedin. Clearwater beach is 15 min drive away, clean and the water was sooo warm. Beautiful sunsets to be had a 3min bike ride away from the house. A great stay!
