Perfect Notre Dame weekend destination!
Family friendly, clean home.

We are located 10 minutes from Notre Dame.

Clean, cozy 4 bedroom(access to 3),1.5 bath home with updated kitchen.

2 Living areas in our home...1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Spacious and updated rooms .
Bedroom 1: king bed
Bedroom 2: queen bed
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Sleeping space with full aero bed upstairs living upon request

Large backyard with in ground pool, very spacious yard and large patio area for outdoor grilling and recreation.

Pool is not heated, but solar cover is used

We have a noise ordinance in our city. Please be respectful to our neighbors after 11pm.

We love having repeat visitors for home Notre Dame games and having people respect our home as it is their own😊

Welcome basket for guests to enjoy!

Plenty of restaurants (Panera, Starbucks, Jesus Latin grill, McDonald, Sun King Brewery, Mishawaka Public House)and shopping (target ,Meijer -less than a mile) close to our home!

We provide enough toilet paper and paper towel to get you started.

House rules:
#1 no smoking
#2 lock front doors at all time
#3 no parties
#4 noise level down outdoors after 11pm
#5 please do your dishes and place all trash in cans in kitchen
#6 we have invested a lot of time and money into making our home a nice place, so please be aware that things are checked at the end of your stay. Enjoy and have fun, but please treat as your own home

This is an absolutely fantastic home. Perfectly situated, just an easy 10-15 minute drive from the Notre Dame campus and minutes from all the convenient shopping and restaurants of both South Bend and Mishawaka. The home was immaculate and spacious for our large family. We all enjoyed how comfy the beds and couches were as well. Our host, Sara, was a top-notch communicator. Cannot recommend enough!

As we began our drive to South Bend Sara texted me with the specifics of checking in!! We even checked in a little earlier 4pm which was great! The house was well maintained and afforded us the opportunity to sit poolside and enjoy!! She checked in throughout our stay ensuring we had everything at our fingertips!! Would definitely rent again!!! Perfect place for a football weekend!! If only the weather cooperated a little moreFor the game!!!!:::))))))) But that was our problem and not Sara’s!!!! Probably our BEST VRBO experience ever!!!!:)

Great place to stay for ND visit

Graduation weekend

The owner was awesome at communicating with us. I kept seeing people getting last minute cancellations on their stays. The owner assured me it would not happen. They had a great back yard. Family swam and used the fire pit. The ring toss got competitive! Beds were comphy. Very clean. Great space and super close to ND and downtown for great restaurants.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our extended family stayed for a weekend. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities we could hope for. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would stay here again!

Amazing home, my family and I stayed here for the weekend and couldn’t have been better. Our host was amazing and provided everything we needed. Super clean home, pool was amazing, and short drive to Norte Dame.

Great House!

We were very happy with our stay. The pool was wonderful. Even though it was unheated, the solar cover worked wonders all week. Comfortable beds, games and extra large yard to run around. We had a great trip!

Best place to stay for ND Football/cozy weekend

This cozy property was exactly as described in the listing. We rented the home for a weekend for a Notre Dame game and the location was perfect, only 15 minutes to campus. The accommodations were very clean and the owners go out of their way to make everything about your stay easy and very comfortable. Look forward to coming back for another visit.

Just as good as last year

I stayed here last year and liked it so much I booked again this year for a football game. It was just impressive as the first time. Great house in a great location with a huge back yard. I highly recommend.

Wonderful home and plenty of fun for kids!

We stayed here for ND kids football camp and had a wonderful experience. The kids had so much fun playing in the pool and the outside space was huge. The house is very clean and cozy. The house had everything you needed inside and out to enjoy your stay! This place deserves two huge thumbs up! GO ND!

Great memories made!

We came for an ND game early September and it was hot! The pool was so nice to have!! Much better than a hotel and so nice to have room for our large family to be together. My older children loved the TV as well!! It is a beautiful spot and well cared for. Excellent communication with the owners.

ND Football weekend

This home was as advertised. It was a prefect alternative to a hotel for an ND football weekend. We arrived to snacks and cookies left by the hosts, kicking off the weekend in the right way. It was also a great place to wind down after the game and enjoy one of South Mishawaka's classic take-out pizza places that was recommended in the welcome book. A welcoming family room made watching other games on TV that weekend really enjoyable. Communication was easy and we'll definitly plan on coming back.

Very enjoyable ND Football Weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay for an October ND Football weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable and located approximately 10 minutes (by car) from campus. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy. The only thing we think would make it more convenient would be a propane barbecue instead of a charcoal grill as we have found it easier to barbecue at home after a game (restaurants are very crowded, etc).

Wonderful escape

A few friends and I, living downtown Chicago and working very fast passed lives, were looking for an escape. This was perfect. The photos don’t do this place justice. Super sweet home, beautiful pool, and a huge yard. Sara was beyond thorough with instructions and thoughtful extras around the house. We could not have made a better choice for our escape and can’t wait to go back again!

Family Pool Weekend

The house was very tidy and clean. We enjoyed the gift basket and cleaning supplies that the owners left for us during Covid to make us feel comfortable and more at home! We spent our days in the pool and our night by the fire. The pool was still very warm for Labor Day weekend! The kitchen and house were well stocked. The only thing we couldn’t find were wine glasses. The owners were fast to communicate with! Overall, we had a great time and hope to come back again! Thank you so much!

The perfect stay for the perfect day!

We stayed here for our sons wedding in October and it was perfect!!! The home has everything you need for a great family get together. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! There was enough room for the groom and all his groomsmen to get ready together. The yard was amazing! It was winter so we didn't polar plung in the pool but plenty of football was played in thr yard. The upstairs living room was just the spot for us to have a very heartfelt conversation with our son for the last time as a single man. These are memories we will cherish forever and could not have ask for a better home to make them in. We were met the day of arrival by the homeowner who was wonderful and showed us everything we would need to know during our stay. We were given tips for great places to eat and shop. Thank you to this family for helping make our best day ever weekend such a huge success!

Excellent house/location for an ND Weekend!

I brought my Dad and my boys to their first ND game for the Cal game. Found this house on VRBO and it appeared to fit our needs and the reviews were excellent so I gave it a shot. Let’s just say not only did it fit my needs it was overly impressive! First off Sara was great communicating with! Answered any questions within a minute or two. Even let us into the house a little early with a late request by me being we hit town a little earlier than expected. The house…wow! Super clean, very spacious and they did an awesome job on the remodel of the kitchen and other spaces. I was supposed to have eight guests, but due to some unforeseen issues we only had five, but there would be no problem sleeping eight…especially if you have kids. Sara was kind enough to leave some snacks and toiletries for us which was greatly appreciated because I forgot soap and shampoo! (Thanks Sara!) Lets just say Sara was an extremely thoughtful host and made sure we felt like we were in our own home. The pool…she may only allow 10 people to stay at the house but you could fit 100 people in there!!! If you get to stay when the pool is open enjoy it! The boys had a blast and even I jumped in after the game to cool down. The drive…no big deal! It was maybe 10 minutes to get from the house to Eddy Street and maybe another 2-3 to get the North Lot where I had a parking pass. Very easy to get to campus if that is what you are there to do. The best thing I can say about the house and Sara is….I’ll be back! No need to look around anymore. I found my ND weekend house!

Pool Vacay

Our family very much enjoyed the pool and the backyard area in general. Private and spacious. Laundry room bathroom was very convenient from outside, especially for the little ones. House was very nicely stocked which I noticed and appreciated!

Wonderful

We loved this stay and thank the owners for their cleanliness and communication. We are a family of four and stayed here with our friends (one mom and her two kids). It was great for the working adults to work from the property, and I was able to watch the kids. The kids had an AMAZING time! The hosts had plenty of pool toys and board games for evenings. The kids also loved the huge yard and swing set. There was a fire pit for s’mores. Also, Instacart delivers to this property. We are very much limiting our social interactions due to covid so we really appreciated this stay. I would highly recommend!

Perfect hideaway

Our family chose to stay here for a safe coronavirus vacation, and it was just what we needed! The pool was huge and the diving board a hit! There was plenty of room for all 4 of us and we easily could have had another family stay with us. The playset needs a little love, and we had to do a little putting away of things to child proof the house. The neighbors put on a crazy, amazing fireworks show and Main Street seems to be a popular place for drag racing through the early evening making it a bit louder than expected. We appreciated Sara’s cleaning routine given the circumstances. Thank you for a great stay!
