This is a great family space with 3 BEDROOMS and fun kids bunk room. Foosball table, WII kids gaming machine, books board games, 4 flat screen TVs. It is a great layout for a FAMILY get away or for a vacation with family & friends. There are great VIEWS from the front deck. See a beautiful sunset every night off the front deck. We are 1 mile from the base of GRANBY RANCH SKI RESORT (formerly Sol Vista) with golfing, Lake Granby, fishing, hiking and biking nearby.

If you want to enjoy a warm soak in the hot springs or a day at the spa, there is only an 11 mile drive to Hot Sulphur Springs Resort & Spa. Hot Sulphur Springs Resort is one of Colorado's finest hot springs and spa destinations. There are 22 pools and private baths, which include a solarium pool, the therapy Elk Pool, and a summer swimming pool. Great after a long day of skiing, hiking, biking, etc. or just to enjoy yourself.

The best part of staying at our mountain home is the fact that it is professionally cleaned after every stay. By a quality service which also manages numerous high-end properties in the Granby Ranch/Winter Park area. Also, you can rest assured that the sheets and towels are professionally laundered. In addition, complimentary soaps and other toiletries together with toilet paper and tissues are provided in the home. You will receive all of the perks of hotel living without the cramped confines of a hotel room.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great stay in Granby! The property was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on the cool nights. The location was perfect for our planned activities just a short drive from Winter Park and Grand Lake. Lots of games and things to keep the kids busy as well. I would recommend this rental.

Exactly as pictures and had everything we needed! Enjoyed the Wii, the games, dart board and foosball table! Perfect size for a large family or more than 1 family! Would recommend renting from Paul!

Nothing short of Amazing! Canā€™t wait to return!

This house is Spectacular! Safe quiet neighborhood! Beautiful sunset views from the hot tub! Grocery store/gas station within a mile! The owners have it very well stocked with all needed supplies! Tons of extras...games, puzzles, movies, books etc! Comfy beds! Ample space for everyone! We traveled to several of the nearby lakes for hiking and it did not disappoint! So much wildlife! RMNP is a must, itā€™s so close! Owners were so very helpful and so easy to communicate with! Best vacation to date...we will be back!!!

Absolutely the best place to stay

I booked 2months in advance and Paul always responded quickly to any questions I had prior our stay. My family have never been here nor experienced snow before and he was very helpful with all the questions I had asked. The house was very clean and 2 families of 4 stayed here very comfortably (4 kids and 4 adults). There was plenty of room and things to do inside and outside the house. The owners thought of everything when it comes to this rental property. The hot tub was easy to use and clean. Plenty of games for the kids inside. The house was fully stocked with essentials which made our stay even better. The grocery store is right outside the neighborhood. The location was great too. I love the cleanliness of the house prior to our arrival. Definitely will book here again when we come back.

Everything you could want or need!

This place was perfect for our group of 8. Felt like we were secluded in our own little area, and only a 1 mile drive to Granby Ranch golf course. Every time someone said ā€œdoes anyone haveā€¦ā€ - that item was somewhere located in the house. Well stocked and everything you could possibly hope to have. Loved our stay, would highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Paul!!

Home away from home

Just like home. Walked in and felt right at home. Neat and clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. After long car travel it felt good. Deck was used by everyone one time or another. The view was awesome. Love looking at mountains and watching hummingbirds feed from feeder. Every morning we had ground squirrels to watch. Would rent again if available.

Very well prepared home, includes most things you could ever need!

We had a wonderful week as a family here. The cabin had almost anything you could think of needing. We stayed in early/mid June. We were a tad hot at night due to there only being 1 fan for the 3 bedrooms and no AC. The owner was awesome, quick, and efficient!

Cozy Mountain Cabin

Although it was tucked in a neighborhood, it seemed private. The home was very clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8. They had all things needed. Beautiful views and lots of mule deer roaming around. Absolutely loved our stay :-)

Fantastic family mountain getaway

Perfect spot for 2 families to enjoy Granby Ranch and surrounding winter activities. The house was totally stocked - games, coffee supplies, plenty of trash bags and paper towels. We loved the hot tub and canā€™t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the fire pit and the mountain biking. As a total bonus, the disco ball in the garage made for an epic family dance party. 10/10 would recommend.

Home away from Home

Everything is well taken care of at this property. The snow was plowed, the hot tub was professionally maintained as maintenance showed up the morning of check out. The house was so clean I felt comfortable enough to allow my one year old to crawl freely. We loved the old wood stove to warm the house and it was cool to be able to monitor the heat in each room. Thereā€™s a market down the street so you can grab groceries when you get to town. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for the quick response! Awesome Host!

Lovely Cabin

We stayed during New Years for a week. We absolutely loved the cabin it is clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with an open concept for a wonderful family time. We had some snowfall during our stay an Paul was quick to respond to have the driveway cleared. Our entire family of 5 enjoyed our stay comfortable and peaceful getaway.

Fabulous holiday home, even better than the reviews!

We had a great 3 night stay for the Labor Day weekend. Paul was super helpful prior to our arrival. The house was great - better than we expected! As other reviews mention all you need is food & drinks. Loved the hot tub, the sun on the deck in the afternoon & proximity to attractionsā€¦spent a day in the Rocky Mountain NP, a day at Winter Park, and also hiked locally. Kitchen is really well equipped. Will definitely be back!

Perfect space for adventures

We came up to Grand County to visit the area and relax. The space is very well done and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The hot tub was very clean. We will definitely be back for another stay soon.
