Enjoy a cool, relaxing oasis with a private and heated pool on your trip to Puerto Rico! This tropical three-bedroom house will fit up to 12 guests. An open layout of the common area is perfect for entertaining. This beautifully designed house offers elegant modern details and the warmth that only a tropical island retreat would. The backyard and pool with waterfall, BBQ, and wine bar will make you fall in love with the place and the towns nearby. The home is great for both kids and adults.

Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has a closets and a king-sized bed. The guest room has a full size bed, a twin-sized bed, and a twin mattress. Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sunbathe, a BBQ, and a convenient wine bar loaded with a 75-inch TV. A 3rd bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and a 75-inch TV with Netflix. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 15 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to one car, while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop, grill, mini stove, and coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units. This is a Pet friendly house. 24 hours check in,

Do not worry about running out of energy or water because we have a full power generator that covers everything and a water tank reserve.,

Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets, and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana, and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment.

The house is located in a privileged and central location in San Juan, bordering with Guaynabo. Close to the Martinez Nadal and Jesus T. Piñero Avenues. Minutes away from shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, nail and spa salons, and more, this area is extremely accessible, 7 mins to San Patricio Plaza / Plaza Caparra, 10 mins to Plaza Las Americas ,15 mins to Condado Beach and SJU Airport, 20 mins to Ocean Park Beach / Old San Juan ,45 mins to El Yunque National Forest

The house is in need of some TLC. Some items in the listing are not accurate (water view and oven are notable ones. The only water niew is the pool and the oven is a toaster oven). We were 5 adults here for a week and felt the property is better suited for younger groups or families with kids. The neighborhood did not feel especially safe so we stayed inside at night.On a positive note the owner was very quick to respond when one of the toilets broke and the generator kicked in when the power in the area went out one evening.

Our stay at Relaxing Oasis with heated Pool was amazing. My friends and I really enjoyed the property from beginning to end. And communication with managers was great. The neighborhood is quiet & felt safe. However, we did have a little inconvenience with the bedsheets/towels, we were uncertain if they were dirty or just stained. But the home was definitely comfortable for 7people and as advertised. We would book again.

We were sad to leave. Everything is as listed. Beautiful well maintained property, space for everyone, quiet neighborhood. We were about or under 20 min from lots of beaches, Old San Juan, everything to see or do in the area. The owner was easy to get a hold of and would respond immediately. We got detailed instructions on entering the property and parking was easy street parking was available if you have more than one car. Having the washer/dryer and lots of extra towels was great. We will definitely be booking again.

Was given the wrong code number to be able to get into the house. There was baby oil all over different sets of sheets on different beds. There was a bottle of baby oil in the bed inside the living room fold out bed. The mattress pads had huge stains on them. The bathroom door in the primary bedroom was falling off the bottom hinge and couldn’t shut it. We found a screw driver and tried to screw the screws in but they were very short and would fall out. There was no warm water to the outdoor shower. There was trash in the patio trash can. Towels in primary bathroom had bleached stains on them and the rug, wall in the kitchen was messed up. When I communicated some of these things to the owner and asked for some kind of discount especially for not giving the right code, he thanked me for sharing the details and said he would get started on this right away. No mention of any kind of discount.

Providing the wrong entry code was our mistake, and we understand how frustrating that was after traveling. Once you notified us of the other concerns, we responded immediately and began addressing them. To clarify, the mattress protectors shown in the photos were protective covers—not the sheets guests sleep on—and the linens themselves were professionally cleaned. That said, we understand your concerns about their appearance and have since replaced several items, including linens and towels, while also addressing the bathroom door and other maintenance items you mentioned. Regarding compensation, our immediate priority was resolving the concerns as quickly as possible during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and your feedback has helped us improve the home for future guests.

Adult family get together

Everything went smoothly. Owner was quickly accessible when needed. We did outside grilling & enjoyed the pool. Will definitely book again if we're here in San Juan

Holiday with privacy

My friends and I truly enjoyed this place. One of the perks was the fact that this is a very private property which allowed us girls to feel relaxed and enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a rental car due to the location being slightly outside of San Juan. Overall would definitely book again for future trips.

My husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating at this lovely home. The landscape design caters to the relaxing oasis vibe with all the beautiful tropical plants and waterfall stone wall. Definitely many limitless ways to enjoy the space.

Ladies Trip

The house was clean, well stocked with toiletries, and the perfect size for our group of 6. We could have easily fit another couple people and have been comfortable. The host was responsive and kind. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and the backyard area. 10/10 would stay at the house again.

Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for our family size of 4 adults and one child (12 yrs). Ormando was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We felt safe and spent most of our time in the backyard oasis. It was in close distance to the grocery store, gas station and quick 20 minute ride to almost everywhere we visited. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Needs updates, maintenance and improved cleaning

Pros:-Host is very responsive and hospitable-Location is about 10-15 minutes from old San Juan -Spacious houseCons:-Needs a thorough deep clean of everything. Even our bedsheets and pillows had stains. We just avoided these sheets/pillows and just didn't use them.-A lot of things like the light switches and washer/dryer are falling apart and needs to be updated/maintained-Overall I think this place would be better suited for college students partying and less for a family.

What a jewel in the center of everything

From the time we stepped into the house, it was like a dream. Clean, central location and full of any amenity you would need. Instructions for checking were very clear and easy to enter. It feels like your own secluded paradise. Outdoor space is fabulous to come back to after a day or sightseeing and that pool is fantastic. Wonderful stay, hope to return!!!
